M/s JPS & Associates, Company Secretaries, was established in April, 2003 by Mr. Jai Prakash Sharma at Jaipur, Rajasthan, with the vision to provide value added professional services. Right from inception, Mr. J.P. Sharma had a clear understanding of providing professional client oriented, innovative, ethical, efficient, time bound and economical, while at the same time maintaining a high standard of integrity and dignity.
