In June 2010, Ajit created Deloitte's Executive Transition Lab - its most successful client experience offering to accelerate client relationships, enabling over a billion dollars in related sales since inception. Ajit has personally helped over 350 CFOs and other C-suite executives at Deloitte's most important global clients onboard to new roles, frame their priorities, assess their organization's capabilities and devise influence strategies to execute key initiatives.
