Our Local Impact and Health Improvement program areas are structured around strategic goals. We invest at the program, community, town, county, and state level to foster long-term change. Our efforts are focused on three key bodies of work-Equitable Access to Care, Equitable Health Outcomes, and Inclusive Economy-as well as our special initiatives of Great Expectations and Healthy Places NC (which has wrapped its 10 year cycle and evolved into regional work)... The Kate B. Reynolds Charitable Trust works for equitable access to quality health care, education, and economic opportunity for every resident of Forsyth County and across North Carolina.
