Bhagwan R. Kotak is a well regarded and trusted name in the logistics industry. Bhagwan R. Kotak along with his brother K.R. Kotak took the reins of the company as teenagers, in 1952, after the sudden demise of their father. His hard work, determination, dedication, foresight and support laid the strong foundation of the Group. The company has never looked back since and has grown leaps and bounds under their guidance and leadership.

Chetan K Kotak joined the group in the year 1985 and has since been injecting fresh ideas into the company. He has been instrumental in turning the company' focus towards containerized cargo, which led to exponential growth. He has introduced various new business avenues for the group and is one of the pioneers of the warehousing business.

Kailash B Kotak joined the group in the year 1991. He managed to fill up the gaps in the group enabling the group to establish and push the existing freight forwarding business to new heights. He has been instrumental in backward and forward integration of the group in the logistics value chain. He also focussed on streamlining the processes to deliver uniformity and consistency in services to all customers.
