From its establishment in 1948, Korea was a recipient of official development assistance, but its transformation into a developed economy and a world leader set the foundation for self-sustaining growth and evolution of its economic and social structures. Korea's successes and failures pose invaluable lessons for partner countries for helping them tackle development challenges and promote sustainable growth...
