Dr. Anthony Farmer was born in upstate New York, but grew up in Central Florida. He is the youngest of one sister and two brothers. Dr. Farmer attended the University of Florida and earned his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration (2002) as well as his Doctorate in Dental Medicine (2018).
Dr. Farmer currently lives in Holly Ridge, NC with his wife who is also a dentist and former Navy Lieutenant. The two met while attending Dental School. Dr Farmer has two dogs (Proton & Pepper). "Our family loves the area and we both have a passion for staying active and healthy as well as helping others with their dental needs."
Dr. Ashley Albrecht grew up outside of Charleston, South Carolina. She attended Clemson University graduating Summa Cum Laude. She then attended dental school at the Medical University of South Carolina, where she graduated as Second Honor Grad. Dr. Albrecht went on to complete a three-year residency in orthodontics, receiving a Master's of Science in Dentistry and Certificate in Orthodontics. She served as chief resident.
After residency, Dr. Albrecht has worked several years as an associate orthodontist in private practice and achieved board certification. She is a diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics.
Outside the office, Dr. Albrecht and her husband, Justin, have two young children, Jack and Harper, and a dog named Rooster. The family enjoys outdoor activities, visiting the beaches and spending time with family.
Dr. Austin Michels is proud to call North Carolina his home for over 30 years. He graduated from NC State Univeristy, magna cum laude, with a degree in Human Biology. He then traveled north to the Boston University School of Dentistry, graduating with honors. Dr. Michels has been trained in many areas of dentistry, including orthodontics, implants, and cosmetics. He believes in treating every patient like family, and making them feel as comfortable as possible.
Outside of practice, Dr. Michels enjoys relaxing at the beach, grilling out, and walking his two dogs with his fiancé who is also a dentist. Dr. Michels is excited to continue his dental career with our team at Lane and Associates!
Dr. Chad Lubecki grew up living between Southern California and Virginia due to his parent's career. He earned his Bachelor's degree from Virginia Tech. After college, he completed some training as a dental assistant before he matriculated into dental school. Dr. Lubecki earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Midwestern University College of Dentistry in 2015.

Who is Dr. Lane?
Hi everyone! Dr. Lane here. At Lane & Associates, our patients are number one! I want you to get to know me and to hear my story from my perspective. So here we go…
Dr. Don Lane graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry in 1980, following obtaining a degree at UNC in Chemistry from 1972 to 1976. He and his wife Phyllis opened their first Lane & Associates dental practice in Fuquay-Varina, NC in 1980.
Dr. Lane is a member of the ADA, the NC Dental Society and the Academy of General Dentistry from whom he has received the Prestige's Fellowship Award. Dr. and Mrs. Lane have two children, Ashley and Jessie, and four grandchildren.
Dr. Lane continues to control and oversee the operations of Lane & Associates Family Dentistry and mentors many of its approximately 80 Doctors.

Dr. Faith Witt was born and raised in Kenya and has been in the United States since 2007. She completed her bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University in 2013, and received a Doctor of Dental Surgery from Ohio State University in 2023.
Dr. Witt finds joy in working with patients who are a little apprehensive about various dental procedures and loves seeing them leave the dental office with a smile after a more positive experience than anticipated.
Dr. Witt loves spending time with her husband, Jason, and their two beautiful children, Leon and Ayana. She finds happiness participating in outdoor activities like running, hiking, and CrossFit.
Dr. Gregg Howarth grew up in New Jersey, after completing dental school he moved to North Carolina with his wife, Bethanne. They are proud residents of Harnett County, and have been for about 20 years.
Dr. Howarth and Bethanne have been married for 34 wonderful years and have continually supported each other in their journey through life. Family means a great deal to them both. They have 6 children, and 3 beautiful grandchildren.
Dr. Howarth is a practicing Roman Catholic, and finds joy in serving his faith through dentistry when there is someone in need. He continues to find ways to connect with the communities that he serves, and truly has a knack for relating to all age groups. He has given dental presentations to middle school children & at corporate level sponsored wellness forums.
Outside of the world of dentistry Dr. Howarth and Bethanne enjoy going to, and participating in, AKC Dog Shows with their French Bulldogs, and English Bulldog. As for other hobbies, Dr. Howarth enjoys model trains and gardening around his home.

Dr. Jennifer Hsu was born in Iowa, but spent most of her younger years living in Taiwan. Over time she developed a love for all things dentistry and decided to pursue her dreams back in the States. In 2013 Dr. Hsu moved to St. Louis, and earned her B.S.of Biology from Washington University in 2017. Set to achieve her dental goals, she attended the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, and Cleveland Dental Institute for residency.
Dr. Hsu decided to plant her feet in Raleigh-Durham area with her husband, an anesthesiology resident at Duke University. She is recently adopted a corgi named Bagel and plans to train it to become a therapy dog. When Dr. Hsu is off duty she enjoys keeping busy by indulging in various activities. She likes to bake, cook, explore farmers' markets, and try out restaurants in new cities.
Dr. Lejla Streets, is a highly skilled professional with a passion for providing exceptional dental care to her patients. With a strong background in cosmetic, orofacial pain, and general dentistry, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice. Originally from Boston, MA, Dr. Streets earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. During her time there, she underwent extensive training and honed her skills in various dental specialties.Dr. Streets' dedication and commitment to her profession led her to commission with the US Army upon graduation. For five years, Dr. Streets served as an active duty dental officer on Fort Bragg, where she not only provided dental care to military personnel but also met her husband.
Outside of her dental practice, Dr. Streets enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones. Whether it's exploring new destinations, playing tennis, or taking leisurely walks on scenic trails, she cherishes these moments with her family and friends. Additionally, she is a strong advocate for supporting local businesses, recognizing the importance of community involvement. With her exceptional skills, caring nature, and commitment to her patients' well-being, Dr. Streets is dedicated to providing the highest level of dental care. Patients can trust that they are in capable hands when they visit her.

Dr. Natalie Givans grew up in Jamaica and attended the University of West Indies where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Zoology. In pursuit of a dental career, she graduated from Howard University College of Dentistry with a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree in 2005. While in attendance she received awards for Excellence in Periodontology, Oral Surgery, and Community Outreach.
Outside of the office, Dr. Givans is an active member of her local church and enjoys spending time with family, friends, traveling, and gardening.

Dr. Rosemary Baghdassarian was born and raised in New York. In 1993 she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery from NYU College of Dentistry. During her adult years she moved to Florida, where she lived for many years. She has two daughters and three grandchildren. Her family moved to Greensboro, North Carolina after they found the city to be eclectic and family friendly. Greensboro was a nice change of pace from South Florida, it was perfect for her family oriented lifestyle.
When Dr. Baghdassarian busy working, She enjoys spending time with her grandkids, taking them out for new experiences, or just playing at "nana's" house. "My grandchildren are the biggest blessing in my life and I try to enjoy every free moment I have with them." Dr. Baghdassarian loves cooking. She is always trying out a new recipe, her kitchen is her happy place.
Dr. Tabitha Katai has come full circle to be back with the company. She worked here as an assistant before going to school to become a dentist! Lane and Associates continues to foster her passion for dentistry, her love for patient care and she feels so blessed to be able to serve her patients with compassion.
Although she spent the beginning of her life on two different continents, Dr. Katai is proud to call Raleigh home. She enjoys the access to the beautiful mountains and beaches of North Carolina. She is married and has one very active child.
Dr. Katai has successfully completed a triathlon, tried her hand at surfing, and enjoys looking for the newest hole in the wall restaurant. She is always ready for the next adventure and is excited about offering the best to her patients.
Dr. Taylor Purks, is a dedicated and accomplished general dentist, has left an indelible mark on the field of dentistry through her commitment to excellence, service to the community, and unwavering passion for improving smiles and lives. Born in Atlanta, Georgia, Dr. Purks' journey is a testament to resilience, hard work, and a deep desire to make a positive impact. Growing up as the only child of her single mother, Nikki, Dr. Purks' early years were shaped by the values of determination and perseverance. These qualities would later become the cornerstones of her remarkable success story.
Dr. Vasu Sharma was born and raised in New Delhi. She received her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (B.D.S) and a Master of Dental Surgery (M.D.S) in Prosthodontics from India. In 2023 she obtained a Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S) degree from the University of North Carolina Adams School of Dentistry.
During Dr. Sharma's time in North Carolina, she actively participated in volunteering at various community clinics, demonstrating her dedication to providing dental care to underserved populations. She is an esteemed member of several professional organizations, including the American Dental Association (ADA) and the North Carolina Dental Society. Dr. Sharma's expertise lies in prosthodontics, focusing on the restoration and replacement of teeth to improve function and aesthetics. She continually stays updated with the latest advancements in dentistry to provide the best possible care to her patients.
Outside of Dr. Sharma's professional life, she loves spending time with her 10-year-old son and prioritizes her family. She enjoys exploring new places, which allows her to unwind and discover new experiences.
