Lyne joined LeadingResponse as Controller in 2012 and named Chief Financial Officer in 2014. As CFO, Lyne's responsibilities include operational and financial strategy, assessment of organic and acquisition expansion opportunities, governance, and risk management.
Prior to LeadingResponse, Lyne was Divisional Controller for the List Services division of Infogroup, a big data, analytics and marketing services company. Additionally, she has been responsible for accounting operations of public and private organizations with gross billings up to $200 million; and thrives on finding creative solutions to complex issues.
She holds a degree in professional studies with a concentration of accounting from Ecole Progressive, and is a Registered Life Underwriter. In addition, Lyne is a Certified Life Coach.
Passionate about life, learning and music, Lyne coaches individuals on how to accelerate to leadership roles. On the personal side, Lyne lives in Tampa, with her husband, Warren, and their two cats. The couple has five grown children.

He has joint UK/US citizenship, lives in New York City with his wife and two children and loves to get home to Liverpool to see family and Everton FC whenever possible.

Tim is responsible for all LeadingResponse technology products. Most recently, he was the CIO for Koozie Group Inc, formerly BIC Graphic USA. Led the company's Technology team through a corporate carve out from BIC Société, implementation of Salesforce, Operational Data Store, Web Services, MicroServices, and Cloud utilization along with the modernization of the ERP and various operational support systems. Served as a founding member and initial author for PromoStandards.org, the Promotional Products Industry leading data sharing standards. Prior to joining Koozie Group in the fall of 2012 he held leadership positions for several companies during the past 28 years including Boar's Head, Michelin, iProperty, and Rolls Royce Aircraft Engines (Formerly Allision Gas Turbines).
Tim has led the development of multiple internet based systems, business process, and standards. At iProperty Tim lead the development of Real Estate listings aggregation methods and data collection services providing the ability to standardize data sharing and search capabilities across many unique dialect based descriptors. During these years Tim has led all aspects of technology but particularly enjoys bringing various business functions, industries, and people of differing backgrounds together to identify common ground for the effective sharing of information.
