Brian Lanier has over 20 years of experience delivering leadership training, executive coaching and guiding organizational transformations. Brian also volunteers on several boards of directors. Brian Lanier is a corporate trainer, executive coach and program leader. He is the Founder & CEO of The Leaders Circle, a leadership development and diversity & inclusion consultancy, as well as an Equity, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging trainer with Learnit.com. He has 20+ years of experience in this field and has successfully coached thousands of people. He and his team of transformational consultants work with CEOs and business leaders in a wide range of industries across North America and Europe. They help executives reimagine and achieve their goals by altering the context and expanding their leadership and communication practices. Brian is active in the local community. He is on the Board of Directors for the Calgary Chamber of Commerce and co-chairs their Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Accessibility committee. He also serves as a board member of Heritage Park Historical Village. Formerly, Brian served as Chairperson of the Calgary Black Chambers where he championed their inaugural Annual Black History Month Dinner and John Ware Day historical events. Brian lives in Calgary, Canada with his spouse, Yvonne, and their dog Fletcher.

Jon Ouellette

Kelly Townsend

She helps executives, entrepreneurs and corporations across North America benefit from her expertise in leadership development, team building and management effectiveness. Kelly leads seminars and workshops for thousands of people in organizational transformation, vision, integrity and communication. She is a frequent keynote speaker at conferences. Kelly is a graduate of Collier Leadership Institute, Past President of the Rotary Club of Marco Island Florida, Current Board Member for the League of Courageous Women, Current Board Member and a regular contributing writer for รจ Bella Magazine.

Princess Sarah Culberson

Princess Sarah has an extraordinary journey that has been featured on CNN, GMA,BBC among numerous other media outlets. Her story inspired the book she co-wrote, "A Princess Found" which is being turned into a live action movie with Disney. Princess Sarah's diverse background and experience in education over the past 15 years has led her to present and create curriculum for schools, Universities and Corporations. As a specialist in Diversity and Inclusion work, President and Co-founder of her non-profit Sierra Leone Rising, and a business woman in the entertainment industry, Princess Sarah's work spans the globe. Princess Sarah has also been honored with receiving the prestigious Trumpet Impact Award.

Tomas Thundiyil
