Bill Rhoda

Bill Rhoda, President of Legends Global Planning, joined Legends in 2011, where he is responsible for managing the growth and client management of Global Planning's market feasibility, project development and analytics divisions. Bill leads Legends planning and project development relationship, most notably Los Angeles Stadium and Entertainment District, home of the Los Angeles Rams and Chargers; Banc of California Stadium, home of Los Angeles Football Club and The Star, home of the Dallas Cowboys world headquarters, training facility and The Ford Center. For over 20 years, Bill has been a trusted advisor in the sports and entertainment industry providing market and financial advisory services for some of the most notable facilities across the globe. Bill's experience spans the globe, from professional sports facility development to convention center and entertainment districts. He has worked with representatives from sports teams, government entities, development groups and management companies, while providing analysis for clients ranging from the National Football League to large equity firms looking to expand into facility development. Before joining Legends, he served as one of Conventions Sports & Leisure's (CSL) principals and director of sports services, while also serving as a senior consultant in Coopers and Lybrands consulting practice. Bill is a 2010 SportsBusiness Journal "Forty Under 40" award winner and is a graduate of University of Tulsa. He currently resides in Dallas, Texas with his wife three sons and two daughters.

Chad Estis - EVP

Chad Estis, Executive Vice President, works closely with the leadership team and the company's business leads to grow and strengthen the business. Given his deep-rooted industry relationships, Chad focuses on the development of large-scale projects, while remaining involved on a day-to-day basis on Global Sales existing partnerships. Chad's contributions to Legends during his tenure far have been numerous and company defining. Most notably he spearheaded the creation and growth of Global Sales and led the division to become one of the most influential in the industry. As well, his vision to bring CSL International into the Legends family identified a natural synergy and generated an industry advantage that has evolved to include Hospitality and our 360-degree business solution. Previously, as President of Global Sales, Chad was responsible for the sales strategies and client acquisitions for the Legends division focused on selling premium seating inventory, sponsorship and tours for new and renovated facilities in major league and collegiate athletics. Chad entered this role following the successful completion of the new Cowboys Stadium Premium Sales project where he was responsible for a sales team of 60 people that set industry records for both Personal Seat Licenses and suite sales revenue. Before joining the Cowboys, he served as Executive Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer of the Cleveland Cavaliers and Quicken Loans Arena. He was also the Vice President of Sales and Business Development for the Cavaliers from 2001-05. Chad is a 1993 graduate of Ohio University and a 1994 graduate of Ohio's Sports Administration Master's Program.

Dan Levy

Dan Levy has more than two decades of experience leading high-growth businesses in technology and finance. He served in senior roles across product development, sales and marketing, operations, and finance; and he has served at every stage of company growth from founding, IPO(s), and acquisition(s) to Fortune 50. Dan's leadership style focuses on clear goals, developing world-class organizations, relentless execution, and clear communication through both data and stories. He joined Legends as Interim President in March 2024 and serves on the company's Board of Directors. During his 14-year tenure at Meta (formerly Facebook), Dan served on the executive team for more than eight years and was one of the only executives to lead both technical and commercial teams. Most recently, he led Meta's monetization of Business Messaging (WhatsApp and Messenger), turning it from an underinvested opportunity into a $10B+ annual run rate business, a top company priority, and one of its fastest-growing businesses. Previously, Dan oversaw Meta's $100B+ revenue ads business across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Messenger leading it to 2x growth in four years through significant industry change (COVID and Apple regulations). On the commercial side, he led all efforts serving small businesses for over six years, growing the revenue by more than 30x and active clients by more than 20x. He also worked directly for the company's CFO during its 2012 IPO. Previously, Dan held multiple roles through PayPal's hyper-growth stage, including risk management, operations, and product. He moved to London for 16 months to help grow PayPal's international business before returning to California to join Facebook. While obtaining his undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from Stanford, Dan co-founded Justarrive, an e-ticketing service. The company's vision for electronic ticketing attracted clients, including the San Francisco Giants (MLB), Jacksonville Jaguars (NFL), UCLA, and Stanford. Dan resides in Maui with his wife and three living children. He's an avid golfer, sports fan, and traveler. His family helped start and then endow the music therapy program at Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford in memory of his son Andrew.

Dan Migala

Dan Migala joined Legends in 2022 as Co-President and Chief Revenue Officer for Legends IQ, overseeing new business and revenue growth opportunities for the growing IQ business globally. A sports industry veteran, Dan has worked for or advised virtually every level of sports franchises, including organizations in MLB, NHL, NFL, NBA, NCAA, MLS, the LPGA, Cricket Australia, New Zealand Rugby and more on issues related to marketing, non-traditional revenue generation, sponsorship, technology, ticket sales and using analytics to drive revenue growth. Prior to joining Legends, Dan was Co-Founder and Partner of 4FRONT, a global data and analytics, innovation, and digital media agency. 4FRONT was acquired by Legends in early 2022 and became part of Global Technology Solutions. Founded in 2007, Dan grew 4FRONT from himself and his business partner to a thriving organization with offices in Chicago, Dallas and Denver working with a diverse portfolio of sports and entertainment clients around the globe. Dan has received praise from the sports marketing community for his portfolio of landmark creative marketing concepts including turning the right-field foul pole at PETCO Park into an 85-foot R11 driver as part of TaylorMade's first-ever baseball sponsorship and suggesting the Chicago White Sox change their game times to 7:11 p.m. to appease 7-Eleven. The idea was sold instantly, achieving many accolades including earning Migala a lifetime pass to the National Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, N.Y. Earlier in his career, Dan also served for nearly a decade as a columnist for SportsBusiness Journal and has authored three books on sports marketing. A graduate of the University of Missouri School of Journalism, Dan has served as the Director of the Masters in Sports Administration Program at Northwestern University, where he designed a "Non-Traditional Revenue Strategies" course. He holds a Masters of Sports Administration from Ohio University.

Jennifer Greer-Glanville - CIO

Jennifer Greer-Glanville, Chief Information Officer, joined Legends in 2021 and leads the strategic direction, management and oversight of the company's technology team, including Enterprise Architecture, IT Security and Compliance, Infrastructure, Technical Services, Workplace Technologies and Event Support for Operations. Jennifer is a versatile and proven leader in applying technology to business problems, with a highly respected career arc helping to transform multibillion dollar corporations. Prior to joining Legends, Jennifer was CIO of ClubCorp, driving strategic digital transformation initiatives and cybersecurity/compliance solutions while also building credibility through improvements in the day-to-day technology and service predictability across the entire technical landscape. Before ClubCorp, as the VP of IT Transformation Technology and Corporate Officer at foodservice leader Sysco Corporation, she drove key business process and systems transformation, turned around struggling programs, implemented critical controls, and led complex contract renegotiations to extract value and drive cost efficiency. As well, Jennifer has held senior IT leadership positions at grocery industry leader SuperValu, Cadbury PLC, and Accenture throughout her nearly three decades in the business. Jennifer received a BBA in Business Analysis (MIS) from Texas A&M University. She has three daughters and lives in Plano, Texas.

John Ruzich - Chief Legal Officer

John Ruzich, Chief Administration Officer and Chief Legal Officer, joined Legends in 2012, where he currently oversees all legal, business affairs, human resources, risk management and administrative matters for the company. John advises ownership on all corporate governance matters, joint ventures, acquisitions, organization structuring, strategic planning and litigation. He is also responsible for all labor issues (union/non-union) and collective bargaining agreements. Prior to joining Legends, John served as the Senior Vice President of Business & Legal Affairs/General Counsel for Classic Media, LLC, one of the world's largest independent entertainment companies (before it was purchased by DreamWorks Animation, SKG in August of 2012). Classic Media owned and managed a globally-recognized portfolio of well-known family and pop-culture entertainment brands, including Where's Waldo?, Casper the Friendly Ghost, Lassie, and The Lone Ranger. More than 3,600 hours of Classic Media programming was distributed in more than 170 territories worldwide and showcased in multiple formats, including TV, film, home video, consumer products, publishing, digital, and music. Prior to his employment at Classic Media in 2004, John worked as Associate Counsel for World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc., a publicly traded company (NYSE: WWE), which is an integrated media organization and recognized leader in global entertainment. Before joining WWE, John began his legal career as Staff Attorney for the New Jersey Devils.

Josh Kritzler is Co-President and COO of Legends Legends IQ division. He joined the company in 2022 and oversees the growing IQ business, which works across Legends 360-degree platform of services, leveraging data and analytics, insights, innovation, and digital solutions to enable value and revenue for clients. Prior to joining Legends, Josh was Co-Founder and Partner of 4FRONT, a global data and analytics, innovation, and digital media agency. 4FRONT was acquired by Legends in early 2022 and became part of Global Technology Solutions. Founded in 2007, Josh grew 4FRONT from himself and his business partner to a thriving organization with offices in Chicago, Dallas and Denver working with a diverse portfolio of sports and entertainment clients around the globe. With two decades working as an entrepreneur and a sponsorship executive, Josh's business pursuits have taken him to the Green Monster, Melbourne Cricket Grounds and the pits of Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Prior to launching 4FRONT, he was a founder of InStadium, a Chicago-based alternative sports media company. Leading a national team of sponsorship executives, Josh secured media rights to more than 25 MLB and NFL stadiums; including Fenway Park, Yankee Stadium, Dodger Stadium and the RCA Dome. Josh was the 2017 Entrepreneurial Organization recipient of the "Boldly Go" award and under his leadership 4FRONT was awarded Front Office Sports "Best Places to Work in Sports" award for three consecutive years (2019, 2020, 2021).

Kevin Ring

Kevin Ring is President of Golf for Legends, overseeing the implementation of Legends' unique 360-degree service solution with leading organizations, events and brands in the golf industry globally. He joined Legends in 2022 and has guided business expansion and revenue growth in leadership roles for leading global organizations for more than 20 years. His experience spans organizational leadership, marketing, partnership management, business development, ticket sales and merchandise and licensing. Prior to joining Legends, Kevin spent nearly a decade at PGA of America, most recently serving as Chief Revenue Officer. In that role, he was responsible for organizing and maximizing all revenue channels for PGA, including partnership management, partnership development, hospitality and ticket sales, merchandise, licensing and PGA REACH fundraising. Previously at PGA, Kevin served as Chief Marketing Officer, where he oversaw the Marketing, Creative Resources, Research and Communications Departments and managed the Sales and Partnership arms of the PGA. Kevin was a Vice President at IMG Consulting and Managing Director for IMG's Golf Consulting practice before his time at the PGA of America. At IMG, he negotiated partner-level sponsorships with the PGA, United States Golf Association and the R&A. In addition to managing sponsorships, he oversaw the global business for blue chip clientele, including Chevron, KPMG and Thomson Reuters. He also created strategy, marketing and activation plans for clients associated with Major League Baseball, the United States Tennis Association and Formula One. He joined IMG as a Digital Project Manager for U.S. Soccer and Philips, where he developed and integrated the digital sponsorship strategy for both organizations' 2002 World Cup Soccer platforms. Earlier in his career, Kevin served as the Assistant Director of Communications for the Olympic Regional Development Authority (ORDA) in Lake Placid, New York. Kevin has earned both a Bachelor of Science and Masters in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, in Manchester. He and his wife, Chandra, have four children: Natasha, James, Lauren and Juliette.

Kirta Carroll

Kirta Carroll is President of Global Merchandise leading the company's expansive merchandise business, which supports globally recognized brands and events with a fully integrated vertical solution across brick-and-mortar stores, pop-ups, e-commerce, and in-venue experiences. Her retail marketing and sales experience includes more than a decade as an executive at Footlocker in increasingly broader roles. Prior to joining Legends, Kirta most recently served as Vice President and Global General Merchandising Manager for the women's division where she led the global footwear and apparel business across Foot Locker's portfolio of brands. Before her product leadership role, she led marketing for women's focused retail concepts at Foot Locker, including strategic positioning and brand development, social media and ecommerce strategies, in-store merchandising and visuals. Kirta has a strong marketing background, having spent time working at marketing agencies across multiple industries as well as holding a position in public relations and marketing at Saks Fifth Avenue earlier in her career. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Kirta lives in Dallas, TX with her family.

Matt O'Neil

Matt O'Neil is Chief Content and Experience Officer at Legends. A seasoned sports and entertainment executive, Matt's branding, content and marketing experience spans top sports teams and leagues, brands, and university athletic departments. In his position, Matt oversees marketing efforts for Global Planning, Sales, Partnerships, Technology Solutions, and Golf, as well as new emerging technology spaces for Legends. Throughout his career, Matt has managed marketing and content for the Dallas Cowboys and New York Red Bulls, and most recently founded and ran his own content and marketing agency, Ichi Go, where he worked with the New York Jets, Boston Celtics, New Jersey Devils, Ohio State, and Genesis Motor America, among others. Before launching Ichi Go, Matt served as the Vice President of Brand and Media for the Dallas Cowboys. He was responsible for all aspects of the Cowboys brand; including all branding, marketing, and advertising; all media and content creation, including TV production, radio, internet, social media, mobile, and print publications; and oversaw all Event Presentation/Game Day Entertainment at Cowboys games and 3rd party events at AT&T Stadium. Prior to his work with the Cowboys, Matt was the Vice President of Marketing at the New York Red Bulls, of Major League Soccer. In addition to running all marketing, video production, and game entertainment, Matt was a liaison for Red Bull, the energy drink, charged with infusing the Red Bull brand into the entire soccer fan experience, on the pitch and off. His career in sports started when he launched Dime Magazine in the year 2000, a basketball lifestyle, print publication and digital platform. Matt then moved to Hollywood where he thrived in a career producing sports video content and screenwriting.

Melvin C. Lenzy

Melvin C. Lenzy is Chief Brand and Innovation Officer at Legends. A 25+ year business, brand and strategic marketing veteran, Melvin has been the brand architect of some of the world's biggest brand marketing campaigns. He has driven strategic business and marketing initiatives for iconic sports brands EA Sports, Konami, NBA2K, The National Football League, and NIKE. At Legends, Melvin leads corporate brand marketing and the marketing efforts for Legends' Merchandise, Hospitality, Attractions, Growth Enterprises, and International divisions. Throughout his career, Melvin has held several brand executive positions with a focus across critical business sectors in Japan, Greater China (China, Taiwan & HK), Southeast Asia (Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore), Eastern and Central Europe, UK, North America, and Latin American regions. He has overseen dynamic marketing campaigns with global athletes LeBron James, Ken Griffey Jr., Neymar, MBappé, and Kobe Bryant. Additionally, he has led groundbreaking, best in class, marketing and product activations with global sports franchises Paris Saint-Germain FC, Chelsea FC, the French National Football Team and the Nigerian National Football Team during the lead up to the 2018 World Cup. Melvin received a B.A. from Purdue University and was awarded a Distinguished Alumni award in 2019 by Purdue University's School of Liberal Arts.
