Catherine Tang

Catherine is a results-driven professional with progressive compensation experience of over 10 years, in both private and public sectors. Her exceptional analytical, project management, communication and leadership skills have enabled her to provide customized and practical solutions to clients. Previously, Catherine designed, implemented and managed the compensation programs for a global real estate company, a Crown corporation in BC and several large Canadian financial institutions. In Catherine's earlier career, she was the lead analyst for several nationwide compensation surveys at a global HR consulting firm where she oversaw all aspects of the survey development process while she creatively and tactfully resolved client inquiries and concerns regarding data quality, analysis and procedures. Catherine is a graduate of the University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of Arts with Distinction (Management Co-op). She is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and a Global Remuneration Professional (GRP).

Cindy Theriault

Cindy Theriault has been in the business of people and organizational performance for over 20 years through her work as a Certified Professional Coach and Human Resources professional. She has been coaching since 2013 and holds a Certified Professional Co-Active Coaching (CPCC) designation from the Coaches Training Institute - the world's largest coach training school accredited by the International Coach Federation. She also completed the Co-Active Executive Coaching course with the Coaches Training Institute. Cindy also holds the designation of Associated Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation. Cindy has worked within senior levels of organizations, successfully leading Human Resources divisions and coaching at reputable Fortune 100 Companies including DuPont, Johnson Controls and The Boeing Company. Dallas Pootlass

Dallas Pootlass is the authority when it comes to empowering Indigenous communities across British Columbia. Howie Outerbridge - Managing Director

Howie has developed deep expertise in adult learning and instructional design through 20 years of counselling and coaching people in a variety of settings including private industry, human capital consulting firms, and post-secondary institutions. These experiences help him work with organizations to consult on a range of topics including career management and transition (outplacement), organizational development and leadership solutions. Howie has held a variety of management, instructor and counselling positions at both the University of British Columbia (UBC) and Simon Fraser University (SFU). He is certified in the Birkman Method and has taught career development theory at both SFU and UBC. During his career, he has helped coach hundreds of people through a range of workplace issues. He is an active contributor to PeopleTalk Magazine and regularly gives his time to organizations and individuals in need of his expertise. Ray Murrill provides LoganHR with the benefit of over 35 years of executive compensation consulting experience for publicly-traded, privately held, not-for-profit and public sector clients. His background includes executive compensation philosophy, related board governance and disclosure requirements, short and long-term incentive design, executive retirement benefits, and directors' compensation. He is also a recognized expert in the Canadian income tax, accounting and contractual considerations of executive compensation. Prior to his retirement from full time consulting in 2013, Ray was with a global human resources and compensation consulting firm for of 27 years. Ray is a graduate of the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Commerce. He is a Certified Management Consultant and a member of WorldatWork. He completed the Directors Education Program at the Rotman School of Business in Toronto in 2006.

Stacey Thomas

He was Director, Total Rewards for a large Canadian company in many different industries. Previously, Vincent managed compensation, benefits, and HRIS for a privately own telecommunications company. He has also worked at a global technology company designing and managing global compensation programs. Vincent started his career at a global HR consulting firm, helping clients in the areas of HR/compensation program design and implementation. Vincent holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey. He is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), a past Chair of the BC region of WorldatWork, and past Chair of the CPHR BC Annual Conference.
