Elizabeth Wanjeri Professor Michael Wabwile is an Up-Country Representative on the Council of the Law Society. He is the Convenor of both the Council's Audit and, Editorial Committees. He was called to the Bar on the 20th February 1997. He is Proprietor at M/s Wabwile & Co Advocates. He served as an Elected Member of the Law Society of Kenya Advocates Disciplinary Tribunal from 2018 to 2021. Professor Wabwile is the Founding Dean of the Faculty of Law at Egerton University. Previously, he served as Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Private Law at Moi University where he founded the Master of Laws degree program in Child and Family Law and was appointed as the first Professor in the Department in 2015. A seasoned expert in Higher Education Law, Compliance and Quality Assurance, Professor Wabwile is a Quality Auditor and Peer Reviewer for the Inter-University Council for East Africa, Commission for University Education and Council of Legal Education. He has served as External Examiner for the University of the Western Cape, University of Pretoria, Makerere University, University of Nairobi and the University of Eldoret. Having served as a Member of the Kenya School of Law Board, he has training and experience in corporate leadership, strategy formulation and execution, policy review, Board dynamics, institutional risk assessment, performance management, executive monitoring and oversight, and, "people skills" generally. Professor Wabwile holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree of the University of Leicester, a Master of Law degree of the University of Cambridge, a Post-Graduate Diploma of the Kenya School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws degree of the University of Nairobi. He is a recipient of the 8th CB Madan Prize of the University of Nairobi (2020), a Commonwealth Post-Doctoral Academic Fellowship in the United Kingdom (2012-2013), a Post- Doctoral Visiting Fellowship at Fitzwilliam college in the University of Cambridge (2011-2012), a Commonwealth Postgraduate ODA Scholarship UK (1997-1998), and is a Fellow of the Cambridge Commonwealth Society (FCCS).

Faith Odhiambo is the President of the Law Society of Kenya and former Board Secretary of the Federation of Women Lawyers-Kenya. She serves as a lecturer at the School of Law at the University of Nairobi and teaches Law of Business Associations, Banking Law, Competition Law and Consumer Protection Law. She is also a Partner at Ombok and Owuor LLP Advocates, based in Nairobi. Faith has experience in litigation, corporate and commercial law, telecommunications law and competition law.
Faith Odhiambo is the Vice President of the Law Society of Kenya and former Board Secretary of the Federation of Women Lawyers-Kenya. She has also developed expertise in Banking Law, Financial services, Mediation and Arbitration. She was previously working with the Competition Authority of Kenya advising on the interpretation of the legal provisions in regarding violations under restrictive trade practices, merger transactions and consumer protection complaints, advising on merger applications, cases on restrictive trade practices. Faith was part of a team researching competition bottlenecks in mobile financial services in Tanzania, Uganda and Zimbabwe for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. She has also been involved in a Retail Market Study of Kenya in 2017, Advisory Projects for Competition in the Mobile financial services in Tanzania, Advisory projects on Spectrum Management in Kenya. Advisory on the National Roaming, Telecommunications Tower Sharing and Termination Rates Network Cost Study 2022-together with Acacia Economics and Tilill Technologies for Communications Authority which involved review the laws and regulations, advisory on competition concerns.
Faith holds an LLB (Hons) from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa, a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and an LLM (Hons) in International Commercial Law with European Law from University of Kent (UK). She is also a Certified Public Secretary, is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators-UK (MCIarb). She is a PhD student at the University of Nairobi.
Her research interests include Competition Law, Consumer Protection Law, Telecommunications Law, Banking Law, Financial Services, Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution, Women and Children's rights, Climate Change, Human rights, Intellectual property rights, Economic law.

Stephen Mbugua Professor Michael Wabwile is an Up-Country Representative on the Council of the Law Society. He is the Convenor of both the Council's Audit and, Editorial Committees. He was called to the Bar on the 20th February 1997. He is Proprietor at M/s Wabwile & Co Advocates. He served as an Elected Member of the Law Society of Kenya Advocates Disciplinary Tribunal from 2018 to 2021. Professor Wabwile is the Founding Dean of the Faculty of Law at Egerton University.
