David Ramos

David Ramos helps oversee the department's mailroom operations. Among his responsibilities, David manages mail delivery to the University community, ensuring it reaches students, staff and faculty in a timely manner. David joined Columbia in 2006 after serving as an Operating Room Tech Coordinator at St. Luke's Hospital.

Greg Rivas

  • Executive Director of Administrative Services
Greg Rivas is the Executive Director of Administrative Services, responsible for strategic direction, planning and execution across Columbia Mail and Transportation. In this role, he oversees the technology systems utilized by Administrative Services, acts as the financial steward for department operations, and serves as the senior relationship manager with service contractors. He also works closely with the departments and schools who utilize our services, ensuring operations are customer-focused and seeking new opportunities to evolve the portfolio. Greg's previous role was at NYU, where he served as the Director of Transportation Services since 2014. He holds a BS in Business Administration from Fordham, as well as two Masters degrees in Transportation Planning and Urban Planning from NYU.

Jimmy Lai

  • Manager of Operations for Administrative Services
Jimmy Lai is the Manager of Operations for Administrative Services, Manhattanville. Jimmy acts as a liaison between the Manhattanville campus and Mail and Transportation operations. This is a critical position managing the logistics of services for our growing campus community there, ensuring schools and departments have a single point of contact and access to the support needed. Jimmy is a well-respected member of the Columbia community, having served within Public Safety since 2018 in an administrative and planning leadership role.

Miguel A. Pagan

  • Assistant Vice President of Administrative Services
Miguel Pagan is the Assistant Vice President of Administrative Services, charged with the leadership of Columbia Mail, Columbia Print, and Columbia Transportation. Mike provides strategic and operational oversight to these departments, with a focus on customer service, operational efficiency, and sustainable solutions. Having joined the University in 2004, Mike brings significant operational focus and expertise to the organization. He spent nearly two decades in healthcare administration, debuting in a staff position at Mt. Sinai Hospital and rising to Corporate Director of Materials Management at St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital.
