Anna M. Badagliacco

Born and raised in the heart of Chicago, Illinois, Anna raised four children and has 8 grandchildren. She moved to Albuquerque, NM in 2021 to start a new life with her childhood sweetheart. With 15 years' experience in the property management industry, Maddox Management has welcomed Anna to their team. "I'm Loving the culture in New Mexico, along with the people I work with who help me learn more about Albuquerque each day".

Barbara Maddox

As a property owner in Albuquerque's Huning Highland Historic District in the early days of her career, Barbara developed a keen focus on historic, unique and distinctive properties in the urban areas of Albuquerque. This focus has given her, as well as her clients, a competitive edge, utilizing personal firsthand knowledge of many of the homes she has sold and/or managed through the years. One of her clients put it best, stating, "Barbara has a way of matching people with properties! She really knows her stuff when it comes to the different neighborhoods around Albuquerque." Barb has a love of her native state. Born in Santa Fe and making her home in Albuquerque, she has served on many committees, including Commissioner on the Landmarks and Urban Conservation Commission, Chair of the Lead/Coal Task Force, Chair of the Old Albuquerque High Task Force and even had a proclamation by Governor Bruce King and Mayor Marty Chavez in her honor. This is but a glimpse of the plethora of accomplishments on her resume; she truly is an asset to our business and an incredible resource for our clients.

Damon J. Maddox

Damon Maddox, as a 3 rd generation Real Estate Practitioner and 2 nd Generation Realtor Entrepreneur in New Mexico, is no stranger to the Real Estate Business. The Maddox family has a long history of community involvement and dedication to economic development in New Mexico. However, it was a 12-year career in upscale restaurant management that helped cultivate a career that looks at Real Estate through the lens of customer service and community building. Damon applies skills honed in the restaurant business towards the management of real estate investments and in helping clients find the perfect residential or commercial rental property. Damon works closely with owners to help fulfill their long- and short-term financial goals, hand in hand with contractors to coordinate timely repairs and maintenance that reduce lost income, and collaboratively with staff members to ensure customer satisfaction. An active member of the National Association of REALTORS®, New Mexico REALTORS® and The Greater Albuquerque Association of REALTORS®, Damon is currently the President of NMAR, has been on the Forms, Education and Finance Committees, NAR conference Committee, GAAR LEAP committee, and the Public Policy Committee. He is a 2010 graduate of GAAR Leadership Academy and a 2018 graduate of the NMAR Realtor Growth and Involvement. As an advocate for our industry, Damon proudly promotes private property rights and home ownership through the Realtor party by serving on the NMAR legislative committee, as New Mexico RPAC trustee and chair in 2019, and a RECPAC Trustee and chair in 2019,2020. He currently serves the National Association of Realtors as the New Mexico representative on the Realtor Party Member Involvement Committee (RPMIC). Damon understands the importance of RPAC and the need for realtors to invest and is a Golden R President Circle Member and a 2020 Hall of Fame Inductee. As an Active member of the community, Damon currently sits on the Boards for Pope Joy Foundation and the City of Albuquerque Landmark Urban Conservation. Damon has been actively involved in supporting UNM sports and Lobo Little League for many years. As past president of Lobo Little League (2014-2016), he established the Challenger Division in cooperation with Alta Mira, which offers opportunities for children of all abilities to share his love of baseball. Damon has previously been involved with Albuquerque Adult Learning Center, NMX sports/Warehouse 508 and BSA troop 3. With increased emphasis on an eco-friendly and energy-efficient environment, Damon applied the Go Green movement to Albuquerque's real estate. In October 2010, Damon achieved the only green real estate professional designation, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® GREEN DESIGNATION for Albuquerque, NM. This designation means that he knows what makes a property sustainable and can help clients calculate the investment/benefits of green building practices and features. Damon is a true New Mexico Realtor.

Hubert H Hill II

Hubert is a Qualifying Broker with 20 years in the real estate industry. As a investment property owner, Hubert has a focus on managing real estate investments to achieve the financial goals of the client. He has extensive experience in the REO industry protecting and maintaining real estate assets. An active member of the National Association of REALTORS®, New Mexico REALTORS® and The Greater Albuquerque Association of REALTORS®, Hubert has served as the 2023 President of the New Mexico Association of Realtors® and the 2019 President of the Southwest Multiple Listing Service. He is a 2005 graduate of the GAAR Leadership Development Program. Hubert has served on realtor Association committees at the local, state and national levels. Hubert has advocated for private property owner rights at the local, state and national levels of government. Hubert is an Albuquerque native. He has served on the New Mexico Bio Park Society Board of Directors for several years. Hubert served as the Race Chair for the Run for the Zoo event for 10 years. He spends his free time with his dog and volunteering in several organizations.

Joshua Price

Josh is a proud husband and father of two, he loves New Mexico, he loves green chile, he loves Cubs baseball, and he makes perfect bacon. Josh works as a property manager for Maddox Management. Josh is proud to be the 2020 Chairperson for GAAR YPN, and he is the President of Lobo Little League in Albuquerque New Mexico. Josh serves on many committees at GAAR and NMAR including the Run for the Zoo committee, the GAAR golf tournament committee, the NMAR legislative committee, he is a current state political coordinator for NMAR, and is the 2022 President of the Stanley H. Mathis foundation. Josh is a graduate of the GAAR leadership development program class of 2019. Josh and his wife Heather were the recipient of the 2019 New Mexico Business Coalition "Community Leader Hero" award for their service to Lobo Little League challenger baseball. Mr. Price was the recipient of the 2017 GAAR good neighbor award for his service to Lobo Little League as well. Josh proudly serves as a current GAAR director his term is up this December 2022.

Martha Chaves

Martha joined Maddox Maddox Management LLC in 2010. An Albuquerque Native, Martha loves to watch the city grow. She truly loves her work, interacting with owners, tenants, contractors and others. She is well versed in Appfolio, which is our property management accounting software. Martha is bi-lingual, which has been an invaluable asset to our clients as well as our tenants. She keeps the office running smoothly.
