Anna Landa

Anna Landa is an attorney in the Los Angeles office of Margulies Faith, LLP and has extensive experience representing bankruptcy creditors, secured lenders, and debtors in all chapters of the Bankruptcy Code. Ms. Landa focuses her practice on bankruptcy reorganization, workouts and adversary proceedings. Ms. Landa is responsible for a wide range of law and motion practice; including drafting memoranda of law, complaints, and propounding discovery, and conducting extensive research regarding complex bankruptcy issues. Ms. Landa graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law in Los Angeles, California in 2009. While in law school, Ms. Landa served as a legal extern to the Hon. Gregory W. Alarcon, Judge for the Superior Court of California - Count of Los Angeles. Prior to joining the Margulies Faith, LLP, Ms. Landa provided creditor bankruptcy representation to secured and unsecured creditors nationwide.

Helen Cardoza

Helen Cardoza is a paralegal in the Los Angeles Office. Ms. Cardoza has experience in all chapters of bankruptcy, focusing on chapters 7 and 11. Ms. Cardoza has extensive experience in bankruptcy litigation, specializing in avoidance analysis of both preference and fraudulent transfers. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Cardoza worked as a Clerk at the United States Bankruptcy Court, San Fernando Valley Division. Ms. Cardoza has worked with Margulies Faith, LLP from the inception of the firm and assists Mr. Faith with various bankruptcy administrator functions.

Jeremy W. Faith

Jeremy W. Faith is a founding partner of Margulies Faith, LLP. For over twenty years, Mr. Faith has focused his legal career specializing in the areas of insolvency and business litigation. He is a court appointed fiduciary and a member of the Chapter 7 Panel of Bankruptcy Trustees, serving in the United States Bankruptcy Court's Northern Division of the Central District of California. As an attorney, Mr. Faith represents clients in all aspects of insolvency related legal matters, including creditors, creditor committees, corporate and individual debtors, and bankruptcy trustees. Mr. Faith is also called upon to serve as an expert witness in matters of liquidation, reorganization, and fiduciary practices. In 2012, Mr. Faith joined forces with fellow insolvency expert Craig G. Margulies, founding Margulies Faith, LLP. Since inception, the firm's mission has been has been providing clients with big firm experience at small firm rates. Prior to founding Margulies Faith, Mr. Faith was a partner at a prominent Los Angeles bankruptcy boutique firm. In 2011, the Office of the United States Trustee appointed Mr. Faith to the panel of Chapter 7 Trustees. In addition to his panel membership, Mr. Faith also serves as a Chapter 11 Trustee and liquidating trustee in reorganization matters. Mr. Faith was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree in business economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1994. He went on to receive a Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School- Los Angeles in 1997. In law school, Mr. Faith was a member of the editorial board of the Loyola of Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Journal.

Meghann A. Triplett

Meghann A. Triplett is a partner with Margulies Faith LLP. Ms. Triplett focuses her practice on bankruptcy and restructuring matters and business and bankruptcy-related litigation. She represents trustees, debtors, committees, secured and unsecured creditors, asset purchasers, landlords, and equity holders in all aspects of bankruptcy reorganization, liquidation, adversary proceedings, out-of-court restructurings, mediations, and insolvency counseling. Ms. Triplett also has experience in out of court workouts on behalf of financially distressed individuals and corporations and represents assignees for the benefit of creditors. Ms. Triplett graduated from Chapman University School of Law in Orange, California in 2009. Following graduation, Ms. Triplett served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Kathleen Thompson (Ret.), and Honorable Catherine Bauer (Ret.) of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. During her tenure with the court, Ms. Triplett was exposed to nearly all aspects of bankruptcy and reorganization law, including wide-ranging legal research, preparation of bench memoranda, orders, and opinions in advance of court rulings. Ms. Triplett has been selected as a "Rising Star" in Super Lawyers magazine for the years 2018-2020. She also serves as a pro bono consultant for the Cal Poly Low Income Taxpayer Clinic addressing tax-related issues in bankruptcies.
