MASSUM's Mission is improvement of the personal values of the students and their preparation in the world of competition through leadership, practical work and study... The great influence that the leadership capabilities of a young person have in the creation of a successful career, as the importance of a good communication, capability of setting goals and solving problems, creational thinking, decision making processes and taking responsibility for them, confidence and team work, was the reason that the project of USAID for the High Schools (Secondary Education Activity Project) do start an initiative for forming the Youth Association of Technical High Schools in Macedonia - MASSUM.
