Phil practices in the area of commercial law, corporate law, property and leasing, conveyancing, estates and family law, commercial and corporate law services include advice on workplace and industry disputes, contracts, corporate governance, business sales and franchising, estates services including the preparation of wills and trusts, probate and estate administration.
Phil specialises in alternate dispute resolution including mediation and professional negotiation and is an Law Society Accredited Specialist in Dispute Resolution. Phil mediates a wide variety of disputes including complex commercial and workplace disputes, family breakdown and contested estates. Phil is trained in arbitration and is an accredited advanced mediator with the Australian Commercial Disputes Centre, a Law Society of NSW and a District Court of NSW panel mediator and panel mediator for the Office of the Franchise Mediation Advisor. Phil is a registered family dispute resolution practitioner (FDRP) and has conducted mediations in Australia and abroad.
Phil holds a Masters Degree in Law, a Diploma in Corporate Governance, a Graduate Diploma in Family Dispute Resolution, the Diploma Course in International Commercial Arbitration and has completed advanced studies in Mediation, Negotiation and Leadership at Harvard Law School in the United States.
Phil is a Notary Public for NSW and is able to provide full notarial services for legal documentation for use in foreign countries and jurisdictions. Phil works predominantly in Sydney and on the South Coast of NSW.
