Alicia received her Bachelor of Science degree from St. Louis College of Pharmacy in St. Louis, Missouri in 2000. Alicia joined the Sinks Pharmacy team in 2001 as a staff pharmacist and works at multiple locations. Alicia received a certificate of achievement after completing a pharmacy-based immunization delivery program in 2010. This allows her to immunize patients in the pharmacy setting.
Amy graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Accounting. She joined the Medley Pharmacy team in 2008 handling the finances and general operations of the business. Amy has been married for over 20 years and has 3 children. Her family is actively involved in their church and showing horses.
Billie received her Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from St. Louis College of Pharmacy in 1999. Prior to coming to Sinks Pharmacy, Billie worked for a large chain pharmacy from 1995 to 2003 as a student, Staff Pharmacist and Pharmacist-In-Charge. She began her career with Sinks Pharmacy in 2003 as a Staff Pharmacist and then became a Pharmacist-In-Charge at the Belle location in 2004, before becoming the Pharmacist-In-Charge of the Sinks Pharmacy Rolla South location in 2009. In 2011, Billie was the recipient of the Rolla Daily News Reader's Choice Award for Pharmacist of the Year. She prides herself on ensuring that each customer has a positive experience with each visit to Sinks Pharmacy Rolla South.
Brook received her Bachelor of Accounting degree from Central Methodist University in 2015. She joined the Medley Pharmacy, Inc. family in Cuba later that same year. Her goal as an accountant at the corporate office is to provide accurate data in accounts receivable to better observe store growth and company financial information. Her responsibilities include: maintaining financial reports, records, and daily sales; and performing general bookkeeping including data entry.
Autumn received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Pharmacy in 2018. She was born and raised in Rolla, Missouri and was excited to return to the area to join the Sinks and Medley Pharmacy team in October of 2018. She resides in Edgar Springs with her husband, Keith, and is passionate about providing quality patient education and customer service. Autumn is proud to serve her hometown community and the surrounding areas.
Brandi worked as a technician and intern at Steelville Drug for 8 years before receiving her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Creighton University School of Pharmacy and Health Professionals in Omaha, Nebraska in 2011. She is certified in pharmacy-based immunization delivery and is eager to provide this service to her patients. She is proud to be able to serve her community and provide tthe best possible experience to the customers of Rolla.
Bryan received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from St. Louis College of Pharmacy in 2003. He received his Masters in Pharmacy Administration from St. Louis College of Pharmacy in 2004. He has a certificate in Travel Health. Bryan has experience working in Hospital, Long Term Care, Mail Order, and Retail Pharmacy. He started working for sinks in 2014 at the Vienna location. Bryan's primary focus is customer service and is excited to work for a company that is so focused on the community and the patients they serve.
Caitlyn graduated with her Doctorate of Pharmacy from St. Louis College of Pharmacy in 2014. She has worked as a Technician, Pharmacy Intern, Staff Pharmacist and Pharmacist-in-Charge in large chain retail pharmacy since 2009. Though she loved her work as a pharmacist, Caitlyn wanted a job with a more community driven team where she could have more regular and personal patient interaction. She was thrilled to join our team as the Pharmacist-in-Charge at Towne Pharmacy in 2017. She is certified in immunization delivery and has an interest in general nutrition that she loves to share with her staff and community as much as possible. Caitlyn is proud to serve the local community and proud to be a part of the Medley/Sinks Pharmacy team.
Christie graduated from University of Missouri Kansas City School of Pharmacy with her Pharm. D. in 2009. She was born and raised in Bourbon, Missouri and loves the small town family feel of independent pharmacies. Christie enjoys getting to personally know her patients and build relationships with them in order to provide better care for them, and was thrilled to be offered the Pharmacist-in-Charge position at the new Sinks Pharmacy in her hometown of Bourbon. She started working for Sinks in December of 2017 and some of her responsibilities include daily pharmacy operations, patient counseling, employee management, and her primary focus is customer service. Christie is passionate about nutrition and natural healing and loves to help her patients live healthier, more enjoyable lives.
Clayton received his Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from the St. Louis College of Pharmacy in 2017. He was born and raised in Steelville, Missouri and is excited to join the Sinks and Medley Pharmacy team. He is currently living in Cuba, MO with his wife, Kaitlyn, and son, Knox. He is excited to be able to serve and care for the communities that have raised his and takes pride in being able to provide the best healthcare services possible for any patients he gets the pleasure of working with.
Erin received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from St. Louis College of Pharmacy, St. Louis, Mo. Prior to coming to Sinks Pharmacy, Erin completed a residency for University of Missouri, Kansas City School of Pharmacy/Family Pharmacy of Neosho. In 2008, she joined the Medley Pharmacy, Inc. team as a Staff Pharmacist working at multiple locations. She is now managing our location in Waynesville. Her responsibilities include: pharmacy operations, customer satisfaction and loyalty, Medicare Part D plan consulting, and employee management.
Jamie, a graduate of Steelville High School, has worked as a pharmacy technician for Steelville Drug since 2010. She attended UMKC, where she obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry. She then attended PCOM in Georgia, where she received her Doctorate of Pharmacy in 2018. Jamie resides in Steelville with her husband, Jeremy and their 2 kids. As the Clinical Pharmacist, Jamie will provide integrated clinical pharmacy services and direct patient care programs for the company, such as drug utilization review, medication therapy management, disease state management, patient and community education, and other specialty programs with the primary goal of improving patient outcomes.

Jannel worked as a student and intern at Medley Pharmacy for eight years before receiving her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from St. Louis College of Pharmacy in 2009. Jannel was the Pharmacist-In-Charge at Sinks Pharmacy in Belle before being promoted to Director of Pharmacy Operations, overseeing all 13 of our locations. Jannel serves as a preceptor for local pharmacy students in conjunction with University of Missouri, Kansas City and for local high school students enrolled in a marketing program. Jannel's aspiration in pharmacy is to provide patient education, ensure patient safety, and provide patients with a positive experience.
Jennifer received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Pharmacy in 2017. She joined the Sinks Pharmacy family in 2008, starting as a technician in our Vienna store while in high school and continued to work with us while in pharmacy school. After graduation Jennifer served as a floater pharmacist until being promoted to Pharmacist-In-Charge in Vienna. Growing up in Vienna, she is proud to be able to serve her hometown community and provide the best healthcare services for her patients.
Jeremy began working for Sinks and Medley Pharmacy in July of 2015. He received his Pharm. D. at UMKC School of Pharmacy in 2004 and became a certified immunizer in 2011. Jeremy works at multiple locations and takes pride in being able to serve smaller communities. He and his family reside in Rolla.
Kyle graduated with his Doctorate degree from The University of Missouri Kansas City School of Pharmacy in 2011. He grew up in Iberia and is extremely excited to be a part of bringing pharmacy services to an under-served community. He has an interest in general nutrition and will be offering his NutriStrong Program to Sinks and Medley Pharmacy patients as a way to increase the general health of his community.
Lena graduated from St. Louis College of Pharmacy with her PharmD. in 2016. She was born and raised in Salem and is proud to now raise her own family there. Before joining the Sinks Pharmacy family, she worked as a Staff Pharmacist for Country Mart Pharmacy for three years. Since becoming Pharmacist-in-Charge at Sinks, she is focusing on providing broader care for diabetic patients as well as making all patients feel like family at their hometown pharmacy.
Rachel received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Creighton University School of Pharmacy and Health Professions in Omaha, Nebraska in 2008. Rachel joined the Medley Pharmacy, Inc. family in 2008. She is responsible for the daily operations and management at the Steelville location. Rachel is certified in pharmacy-based immunization delivery. She feels her most important role is to communicate and collaborate effectively with patients, caregivers, other health care professionals, and members of the community to provide the best healthcare service to her patients.
Shelly graduated from UMKC with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy in 1990. Shelly proudly served the residents of Linn, Missouri and the many surrounding communities, as Pharmacist-In-Charge at Linn Drugs for 20 years. She also worked as a pharmacist for a large retail chain for over 10 years. Shelly is certified in pharmacy-based immunization delivery, and has a history of exceptional customer service. She is married, raised two children, and enjoys spending her free time on the farm. Shelly joined the Medley Pharmacy, Inc. family in February of 2021, and is looking forward to getting to know the community, while providing trusted patient care.

Samantha has been part of the Sinks/Medley team since 2014. She joined our team as an intern pharmacy student before attending Oklahoma State University for undergraduate courses. She graduated in May 2018 with her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Saint Louis College of Pharmacy. She is excited to be back to her hometown of Cuba, MO serving her local communities. Samantha enjoys being an accessible healthcare member that is able to provide many services including immunizations and patient education. She is eager to build relationships and provide patients with the quality of healthcare that they deserve.
Sandy began working at Medley Pharmacy, Inc. in 1984 while in high school. After receiving her Bachelor of Science degree at St. Louis College of Pharmacy in 1990, she returned to the Medley Pharmacy, Inc. family as a staff pharmacist. While working at the pharmacy, she received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. In 2005, Dr. Mitchell proudly became the owner of Medley Pharmacy, Inc. fulfilling a lifelong dream of becoming an entrepreneur and pharmacy owner.

Shayla joined the company in 2013 as a technician, and worked part-time while she attended St. Louis College of Pharmacy. She graduated with her Pharm D. in 2019. In her spare time she enjoys riding horses and spending time with her husband and daughter.
Jari joined Medley Pharmacy, Inc. after 10 years in various positions at Missouri S&T in Rolla, and 20 plus years as Comptroller and Manager for Meramec Pharmacy, Inc. and Strauser Drugs. Her responsibilities include welcoming new employees, store compliance, new hire orientation, insurance administration, technician license tracking, and HIPAA compliance. Jari has been married for over 30 years, with 3 grown children and 6 grandchildren.

Jill proudly served the Steelville community as a pharmacy technician at Steelville Drug for 17 years, providing premiere customer service in all aspects of her job. She received her Pharmacy Technician Certification from PTCB in March of 2005, and in February of 2018 she became The Pharmacy Operations Specialist working at our corporate office. Jill's responsibilities include routine visits to all of our 13 locations to ensure the companies core values are being demonstrated on a daily basis, assisting in development and implementation of new programs, and working with store managers to meet company and store goals. She has been happily married to her husband Josh for 13 years and has 2 beautiful children.
Jim is a graduate of St. Louis College of Pharmacy. He has worked for several hospital systems in the St. Louis area. He has experience in both the hospital pharmacy setting and the outpatient retail pharmacy setting. He and his wife recently moved to this region for their love of outdoor activities and to be closer to family. He was employed by Medley Pharmacy, Inc. in October, 2012 and works at multiple Sinks and Medley Pharmacy locations. Public health and nutrition are among his professional interests.
Peggy graduated from St. Louis College of Pharmacy with her BS in 1990. She has been a certified immunizing pharmacist since June of 2006. And in August of 2007, Peggy completed the Pharmaceutical Care for Patients with Diabetes National Certificate Program. She brought her pharmacy experience to Sinks and Medley Pharmacy in October 2013 and works at multiple locations.
Shelley graduated from St Louis College of Pharmacy with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree in 1988. She has been a certified immunization pharmacist since 2004 and has worked at independent pharmacies in the Sullivan area for 30 years now. Shelley values the relationships that are built with customers and being able to play a positive part in their health. She is proud to join the Medley Pharmacy, Inc. team that believes in providing exceptional customer service, being involved in the community, and staying at the forefront of the pharmacy industry.

Sheryl started with the company in 2004 as a Pharmacy Technician at Sinks Pharmacy in Belle. In 2010 she became the Inventory and Compliance Manager, overseeing product ordering, front end set up, and accounts payable for all of our locations.
Stacy received her Bachelor of Science degree from St. Louis College of Pharmacy in St. Louis, Missouri in 1998. Stacy, an Owensville native, chose to start her retail pharmacy career as a Medley Pharmacy employee during her high school years and accepted a pharmacist position upon receiving her Bachelors of Science in Pharmacy degree. Her responsibilities include: pharmacy operations, employee management, physician and nursing home liaison, patient educator, customer care, and vaccine administration.
Stan grew up in midwestern Illinois. He attended pharmacy school at St. Louis College of Pharmacy, and worked his first pharmacist job at PCRMC inpatient pharmacy in Rolla. He worked part time at St. James Prescription Shop, until a full time position as manager and Pharmacist in Charge became available. He accepted the position and worked there for over 33 years as the pharmacy evolved into Mercy Pharmacy. Stan joined the Sinks Pharmacy team in July 2020 and is very happy to be associated with a company that has the same philosophy as he does. Taking care of the patient first has always been his priority.
Stephanie joined the Medley Pharmacy team in August 2018 and is responsible for financial reporting, payroll and overseeing the Accounting Department. She earned her Masters of Accountancy Degree from Missouri State University in Springfield and soon after, she earned her Certified Public Accountant Certification. Stephanie and her husband have 3 young children and enjoy the outdoors, including basking in the sun around their pool, and their cattle farm.
Theresa received her Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel/Restaurant Administration in May of 1992. She joined Medley Pharmacy, Inc. in December of 2016 as an Accountant and is looking forward to learning more about the company as she advances in her role. Theresa is currently responsible for Accounts Payable.
