Brandy Bryan started out in residential real estate, quickly moving on to becoming the Director of Training and Development, within her brokerage. Later, moving on to a residential investor. Finally, transitioning her career to acquisitions and underwriting residential commercial real estate. She is excited to grow as she helps MGM grow and evolve as a company.

Julie Schaap graduated from Purdue University earning her Bachelors Degree in Accounting. Julie now specializes as our Senior Accountant and has over 10 years of experience.
Kevin Morse has been in Real Estate for almost 30 years. In 1989 he graduated from Arizona State University with a BS in Real Estate. Mr. Morse began his Real Estate career in Phoenix, Arizona as a Real Estate Broker providing leasing, sales, and management services for industrial properties.
Kimberly has over 10 years experience as an Office Manager and Administrative Assistant, including the processing of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll. She has earned certifications in QuickBooks and Excel from Ivy Tech.

Michelle brings over 27 years of experience in Real Estate. 15 years as a Regional Manager. Michelle retains licenses and certifications for: Illinois Licensed Real Estate Broker, Certifications held are by National Center for Housing Management: Certified Occupancy Manager (COS), Certified Tax Credit Specialist, Certified Manager of Housing (CMH), Certified Site Base Budget Specialist, Certified Manager of Maintenance (CMM). Specialize in REAC inspections and affordable housing.
Pamela Kristek has over 25 years experience in the multi-family industry. Ms. Kristek retains the following certifications:
Robin Huizenga is a graduate from University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with an associate degree in accounting. She has over 20 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting.
