Abe joined MVB in 2019 and serves as a Business Banker on our Commercial Services Team. He has a degree in Business Administration and has been in the banking industry for over 23 years. Prior to MVB, Abe spent four years with Susquehanna Bank/BB&T and eighteen years with Citi Mortgage. He also serves as an active participant of the Bank's Financial Literacy Committee.

Brenda McComas joined the bank in 2017. She serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer. Ms. McComas has worked in banking for over 24 years, with prior experience at First Nationwide, Susquehanna Bank, and BB&T. She leads the Company's Deposit, Loan, and Support Services groups, and is an active member of the Product Development team. She is also actively involved in Financial Literacy in the bank's communities.

Brian, Banking Officer - Retail Branch Manager, has many years of financial services experience, most recently as a Branch Manager with Truist (BB&T) and previously as a Financial Advisor with Ameriprise Financial. Christy joined MVB in 2018 and serves as a Portfolio Manager Team Leader on our commercial services team. Having worked for Susquehanna Bank in their commercial services division for over 20 years, she offers a great deal of banking knowledge. She is also an active volunteer in the community and is involved with the bank's financial literacy committee, United Way, and Girls, Inc.

Cody, VP - East Region Retail Services Manager, has over 5 years of experience in the banking industry. He began his banking career with BB&T (now Truist) and today oversees MVB's Marketing & Communications, Customer Care, and Retail Development Teams. He has a wealth of banking knowledge and leads the Bank's Marketing, Change & Project Management, and Technology Development committees, as well as serves on various others. Cody is an active member in the communities we serve and is the Marketing & Communications Chairman for the Augustoberfest Charitable Foundation and a Marketing Committee member for the Washington County Community Foundation. He is also a graduate of UMUC and holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Marketing.

Dawn Lowe joined the bank in 2019. She serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Talent and Culture Officer for the Company and the Bank. Throughout her career, Ms. Lowe has held various positions of increasing responsibility in talent acquisition, development, and management. She is active in her community and volunteers with several local organizations. Ms. Lowe received a bachelor's degree from University of Maryland, and has completed graduate work in organization development and change at Penn State University.

Dawn Woods, 61, joined the Bank in 1978. She serves as Executive Administrative Assistant and is Corporate Secretary of the Company and the Bank. During her tenure at the Bank, Ms. Woods has held positions in accounting, customer service and administration. Ms. Woods currently serves as Treasurer of Middletown Valley People Helping People.

Donna joined Middletown Valley Bank in 2022 and serves as a Portfolio Manager on our Commercial Services Team. She brings a wealth of knowledge to the Bank, as she has worked in commercial banking for 35 years. Donna previously worked for Susquehanna Bank, BB&T, and Truist.

Dustin, Executive Vice President - Chief Credit Officer, has over 14 years of experience in the banking industry. Prior to joining Middletown Valley Bank, he was a Commercial Relationship Manager with Susquehanna Bank. He serves as a board member of Horizon Goodwill and STAR Community, and also serves on the bank's Loan Committee and Credit Quality Committees. He is also a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor's degree.

Glorianne joined MVB in 2018 and serves as Banking Officer - Retail Branch Manager. She brings over 8 years of banking experience, most recently at Centra Bank and United Bank. She also has 6 years of experience in the insurance industry. Glorianne actively serves in the community through her role on the Economic Development Commission of Boonsboro.

Jeff, Vice President - Commercial Market Leader brings over 29 years of experience in the banking and commercial lending industry, all in Garrett County, where he is very active in the community. Currently, Jeff serves on the Revolving Loan Committee for the Tri-County Council for Western Maryland and is an Advisory Member for the Garrett County Development Corporation.

Jim joined MVB in 2017 and serves as Vice President - Commercial Relationship Manager. He was a local business owner for more than twenty years and served as Director of Athletics for Saint James School for five years prior to joining MVB. He is a Shippensburg University graduate and served eight years in the United States Army Reserves.

John A. Scaldara, Jr. joined the Bank in 2023. He serves as Executive Vice President - Chief Financial Officer for the Company and the Bank. Mr. Scaldara comes to MVB with over 34 years of financial expertise and senior leadership experience in the banking industry, most recently serving as Executive Vice President - Chief Financial Officer at Provident State Bank. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Loyola University Maryland. John enjoys spending time with his family, including two young grandchildren.

J. Michael Hill joined the Bank in 1994. He serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Risk Officer for the Company and the Bank. During his tenure at the Bank, he has also served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Before joining the Bank, Mr. Hill held positions in lending, auditing and operations. Mr. Hill serves on the board of directors of Maryland Bankers Association Solutions and MACHA, the Mid-Atlantic Payments Association. Mr. Hill received a bachelor's degree from Mount St. Mary's University.

joined the Bank in 2012. He serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and the Bank. He also serves as vice chairman of the board of Millennium Financial Group, Inc. (Mlend). Before joining the Bank, Mr. Goetz was a Commercial Banking executive with Susquehanna Bank. Mr. Goetz has over 20 years of banking experience. He serves as the 125th Chairman of the Maryland Bankers Association and as a member of the Meritus Health Board of Directors. He is a member of the Washington County Planning Commission and he is a member of the Greater Hagerstown Committee and serves on its' Executive Committee. Mr. Goetz received a bachelor's degree from Frostburg State University. He is also a graduate of the Maryland Banking School and the Maryland Banking School for Advanced Management.

He also managed the operations of HighRock Studios for several years. Mr. Lampton serves on the board of directors of The Maryland Theatre and San Mar Family and Community Services.
