The Unified Call Center (UCC) is a part of the Information Technology and Management Division (ITMD). Established in 2012 by the Mayor and Common Council, the UCC's mission is to provide the public with quick access to all City of Milwaukee services and information through multiple channels. We also strive for the highest possible level of customer service. We help agencies improve service delivery by allowing them to focus on their core missions and manage field-level work more efficiently.
