Denise A. Welter is an attorney and Of Counsel with the Firm. She obtained both her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree, majoring in Legal Studies, and her Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Nova Southeastern University.
Mrs. Welter is a member of The Florida Bar and concentrates her practice in the areas of Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts and Probate. She is also a member of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys. Mrs. Welter has handled many complicated cases and has always acted as a dedicated and knowledgeable advocate for her clients.
Born and raised in Broward County, Denise is a rare native Floridian. She is also very involved with the local community. Mrs. Welter volunteers for a local private school board, an international non-profit marriage ministry and a local non-profit organization benefiting breast cancer survivors. She also volunteers her time, in a variety of ways, at her church.
Having practiced for many years in the area of Elder Law, Mrs. Welter has an understanding of aging and the law - and the legal interactions that may affect the elderly. Passion for the law and compassion for her clients is what drives Denise to make every client a priority.

Jeannine M. Gannon is a Paralegal with the Firm. She has a wealth of knowledge in personal injury, insurance defense and insurance coverage. She has previously worked for some of the largest insurance companies as a legal assistant, paralegal and claims examiner. Jeannine now uses her vast knowledge of the industry to help clients navigate through all aspects of the claim and litigation process.

Michael G. Connor is an attorney and Of Counsel with the Firm. Mike concentrates his practice in the areas of Marital and Family Law. Mr. Connor obtained his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree, majoring in English, from Florida State University. He then obtained his Master of Arts (M.A.) degree, concentrating in Education, from the University of South Florida. Mike then obtained his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Stetson University College of Law. Prior to his legal career, Mike worked in banking and finance for Fortune 500 companies. He now uses that wealth of knowledge and experience in the beneficial representation of his clients.
