She is currently Executive Director for Corporate Service. She holds a Master of Business Administration (Bath University) and a Bachelor of Arts degree (Public Administration from the University of Malawi (Chancellor College).
Agnes also serves as a Board Chairperson for Emeritus Reinsurance Company (EmeritusRe) Mozambique, and previous boards portfolios include Board Chairperson EmeritusRe Malawi, Christian Service Committee, Jacaranda Children's Home, Women' World Banking, and other previous assignments Commissioner for Review of Corrupt Practices Act - Malawi Law Commission. Was Vice Chairperson for World Customs Organization ESA Region. A member and former Assistant District Governor and President of Rotary Club of Blantyre.

Alick Mwale joined Malawi Revenue Authority in September, 2000. He was appointed Acting Director of Internal audit in 2021. He has experience serving as Director of the Institute of Internal Auditors Malawi. Besides that, he has served in several MRA Revenue and Finance divisions and has risen through the ranks starting as a revenue assistant moving up to becoming an Internal Audit Manager before being appointed to his current position.
He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Accountancy. He is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a Chartered Accountant Malawi Professional.

Beatrice Mwangwela joined Malawi Revenue Authority in October, 2007 as a Legal Officer. She has worked in several positions in the Legal Division and has risen through the ranks. After serving as Legal officer for several years, she was promoted to the position of Legal Services Manager in 2013.
She was appointed Acting Director of Legal Services and Corporate Secretary in January, 2021 and was appointed into the current position in September, 2021.

John S. Biziwick has over 20 years' experience at executive management level. Before joining Malawi Revenue Authority in 2020, he was working as Executive Director & Group Operations Executive at Press Corporation.
Prior to this, he also served as Commissioner General for Malawi Revenue Authority from June, 2012 to July, 2014 after working for NBS Bank for 10 years as Chief Executive Officer.
His professional career began 40 years ago at the Reserve Bank of Malawi where he joined as an economist. He holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Economics) from University of Malawi. He also has a Master in Economics from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow.

Miriam Salika is responsible for driving Supply Chain Management in the Authority. Previously, she was Advisory Services Manager at Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets Authority and Assistant Director responsible for Professional Development in the Office of the Director of Public Procurement (ODPP) before that.
Miriam is a practiced procurement and supply chain management specialist with extensive experience in public procurement and disposal. She has over 10 years' experience in procurement capacity building and monitoring of procurement and disposal activities in Malawi.
She holds a Masters Degree in Supply Chain Management, a Masters Degree in Leadership and Change Management and a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Malawi.

Nancy Nyamilandu joined Malawi Revenue Authority as a revenue officer in February 2000. She has worked in several positions in the Domestic Taxes division and has risen through the ranks before moving to modernization. Mrs. Nyamilandu was appointed as Director of Modernization in January 2021. Prior to her appointment, she served as Head of Modernization and Manager - DTD projects.
She holds a Masters in Taxation (MPhil) and a Bachelor's degree in Economics.

Steven Kapoloma is the Head of Corporate Affairs at the Malawi Revenue Authority. He has 18 years' experience engaging taxpayers and providing tax education, information and assistance. He is a Hubert H. Humphrey Fellow. A chartered marketer and a chartered public relations practitioner with professional experience in Public Sector and non-profit sector in Malawi. He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (International Business) from Amity University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Malawi.

Timothy Makamba joined Malawi Revenue Authority in June, 2006. He was appointed as Director of Debt Management in the year 2015. Prior to his appointment, he served as director of Policy Planning and Research. in addition to this, he has vast experience in teaching, training and capacity building.
He holds a Master of Arts in development and Project Planning, a Master of Science in Animal Breeding and Genetics and a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture.
