In 2008 an independent company Mupotoon LLC, dedicated to making, producing and promoting the cartoon internationally, was founded in the US... In 2009 the company released its pilot animated film "Barack Obama. The Secret of Nobel Peace Prize" which premiered in Oslo, Norway, on the day when the US President and the main character of the cartoon Barack Obama received a much debated Nobel Prize for Peace. The cartoon, which humorously dispelled the myths surrounding the unexpected decision of the Nobel Prize Committee, was warmly received by the international press and European viewers.
