Aaditya began his practice in the Chambers of Mr. Sanjeev J. Thaker and now specializes in Appellate litigation as well as Arbitrations before the High Court of Gujarat.Aaditya brings in considerable experience in Trial and Appellate Advocacy. Ms. Gorasiya has pursued her M.Sc. in Biotechnology from Bhagwan Mahavir College of Biotechnology, Surat. Thereafter, she completed her Bachelors in Law from Saurashtra University. Ms. Gorasiya has a rich and vast experience in handling various Intellectual Property disputes. In addition, she has been awarded multiple certifications within the field of IPR. Gaurav is a graduate of I.M. Nanavati Law College LL.B. '11, LL.M. '13. He is a Chartered Accountant and has written his doctoral thesis on the effectiveness of Cyber Law in prevention of cyber-crimes in the city of Ahmedabad. He received his Ph.D. in 2020. Gaurav is a Trial lawyer with experience in Civil and quasi-Criminal Litigation.
Karan graduated from Gujarat National Law University '20. He has a particular interest in Commercial and Corporate Law. Since joining the chambers of Mr. Rohan Lavkumar, Karan has worked extensively on matters arising out of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, Corporate and Commercial matters and Arbitrations. He has extensive interest in the overlap between law and Business Administration which enables him to have a unique perspective in advisory matters.
Kaustubh completed his B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from the Nirma University, Institute of Law '20 and pursued his masters from Gujarat National Law University '21 in Intellectual Property Rights Law. He specializes in Criminal Remedies for Intellectual Property Violations and has assisted and appeared in prosecutions arising out of such infringements. Kirtikant S. Nanavati | Sr. Advocate & Founder of Nanavati Associates
Mr. Kirtikant Shantilal Nanavati, Senior Advocate, graduated from Gujarat University, '60 and joined the late Mr. I.M. Nanavati in 1961.
After nearly two decades with Mr. I.M. Nanavati, a doyen of the Bar, Mr. K. S. Nanavati founded a proprietorship firm in the name of K. S. Nanavati & Associates in 1977. He was designated as a Senior Advocate by the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat in 1995.
On his designation, Nanavati Associates was formed as a partnership firm. Mr. K.S. Nanavati is today a leader of the Bar and has been a hallmark of integrity, honesty and creative legal thought. He has led arguments in numerous reported judgments that have shaped the jurisprudence of the High Court of Gujarat. His contributions to Labour and Industrial Law, Customs and Excise Law and Commercial Law are invaluable.
He actively practices as a counsel before the High Court of Gujarat and continues to appear in various domestic and international commercial arbitrations.

Meghana is a qualified Indian patent agent, she completed her M.Sc with a major in Organic Chemistry and received a gold medal from MSU for the same. Thereafter, she completed her LL.M. in IP laws from the University of Ankara with a WIPO scholarship to broaden her scope of work. Her practice includes patent searches, infringement analysis, invalidity searches, patentability issues, patent drafting, filing, prosecution, and allied areas. Backed by her knowledge of pharmaceuticals, she opines on product identification/selection and alternative routes of synthesis for APIs.
Her determination to constantly improve guided her to various academic, and professional opportunities such as follows. She was selected by DIPP for the 3-week training for IP-lawyer in Tokyo in 2014. After this, she received the Young IP Scholar award for presenting a paper at the 5th Asian Work in Progress Conference, organized by ARCIALA, SMU, and CUHK, Hong Kong, 2020. Her paper titled "Unleashing Bioprinting Technology through Patent Intelligence", was published in the Drug Discovery Today (Elsevier), 2021. Along with work, Meghana is also a resolute individual with a loving friend circle and a motivating family.
Mrugesh pursued his B. Com (Hons.) followed by Bachelors in Law from Gujarat University ‘07. Mrugesh has rich experience in handling matters relating to civil disputes including Intellectual Property Rights. Mrugesh has been associated with Nanavati Associates since 2005 and is proficient in various fields of dispute resolution. He has successfully appeared before various forums handling Intellectual Property maters in addition to the courts of law. Mrugesh has actively assisted Mr. Pranit K. Nanavati in providing legal solutions to various complex quandaries.
Pooja graduated from Gujarat National Law University (B.Com. LL.B. (Hons.) '18). She joined Nanavati Associates after her graduation and has practiced here since. Her practice areas include Civil and Commercial Litigation, Dispute Resolution and Intellectual Property Law.

Mr. Pranit Nanavati began his career as an engineer for the Powertrain division of General Motors and holds a B.E. '86 and M.S. '88 in Mechanical Engineering. He graduated in law from Gujarat University '05 and has helmed the Intellectual Property practice of the firm since.
Pranit has appeared in numerous disputes pertaining to copyright, trademark and patent law. He has presented his research before the World Intellectual Property Review, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), and the National Institute of Designs (NID) and has been a lecturer at Gujarat National Law University, Nirma University, SVNIT, Auro University. He was also invited by the Judicial Academy of the High Court of Gujarat to address visiting judicial members from Bangladesh on Intellectual Property Rights. Pranit's engineering background allows him to deal with complex scientific inventions in Patent matters.
Rajvi graduated from United World School of Law '20. During her studies was an intern at Nanavati Associates and joined as an Associate in December 2020. She is also pursuing LL.M from School of Law Gujarat University in Intellectual Property Laws. She has keen interest in Intellectual Property matters and handles matters related research and drafting of oppositions before Trademarks Registry, Managing Trademarks portfolio, verifying confidential agreements and also attending legal proceedings before the High Court of Gujarat and Trademarks Registry.
Rohan is agraduate of Gujarat National Law University (B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) '12) and New York University, (LL.M '13). He has extensively practiced on the Original Side at the Bombay High Court as a Counsel at the Chambers of Sharan H. Jagtiani. He has appeared in various matters including Commercial Suits, Arbitrations, Company Matters, Constitutional Matters, Trials, etc.
Rohan started his independent practice before the High Court of Gujarat in 2017 and is merging his thriving practice with Nanavati Associates. Rohan's practice involves regularly advising and representing private and corporate clients in their litigations.Rohan is also a Herbert Smith Scholarship recipient at the Arbitration Academy, Paris '12. He is also an attendee of Hague Academy of International Law '11. He has also been a visiting Lecturer of Arbitration Law and Infrastructure and Property Law at Gujarat National Law University and the Adani Institute of Infrastructure Management.
Siddhant graduated in Law in the year 2014 from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara.
He joined The SatyaVidhi& Co. at Vadodara in the year 2014 wherehe practiced in all spheres of Civil, Corporate and Revenue Litigation in District Court, Vadodara under the guidance of Mr.Avadhoot V. Sumant till mid 2018.He also conducted various Arbitration Proceedings during his time at The SatyaVidhi& Co.
Siddhant moved to Ahmedabadas he was very keen to practice at The Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat.He joined the office of Mr. Mihir J. Thakore designated Senior Counsel from 2018 to 2020 and assisted him in various cases before Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat, NCLT, Ahmedabad and various Arbitration Proceedings.
He also independently appeared in various matters before Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat and various District Courts during his tenure with Shri Mihir J. Thakore.
