Namib Prefab Buildings, a proudly Namibian company, was founded in 2008. Since then, the company has grown into a sustainable entity where our name is synonymous with quality, integrity and great service... Our company employs 24 Namibian team members, ranging from admin staff, welders, plumbers and panel workers. Approaching bigger projects, we contract temporary employees to supplement our permanent workforce. We are very pleased that, despite the downscaling during the COVID-19 pandemic, Namib Prefab Buildings did not retrench any of its employees.
