Bhavna is an accountant and finance specialist with over twenty five years experience in the not for profit sector including working in the philanthropic and community sector. Her experience as a consultant finance specialist to mental health, childhood, housing, finance and women's services brings a rich understanding of aligned sectors. Bhavna holds a Masters of Commerce and is a member of MIPA AFA, and CPA.
Frances has worked extensively in the disability and mental health sectors and has held Executive roles across a range of Statewide and specialist services. She holds post graduate qualifications in Disability, Psychology, Business and Organisational Change. She has overseen implementation and operation of NDIS services within large scale and National organisations, supporting the transition from block grant funding to client driven fee for service packages. She has an unwavering commitment to empowering service users and their families to live full lives and to have their voice heard. She is currently a Director on the State Forensic Service (Foresnicare).

Tanya has supported Nightlife's payroll and billing over a number of years and brings her experience in finance and administration to supporting the Nightlife team and service users. Tanya is solutions focused and passionate for getting the best outcomes possible for people with a disability.
