Neider and Joseph W. Boucher. Charles and Joe left a large general practice firm to pursue their shared desire to provide client-centered, quality legal services focused on the needs of businesses and their owners. Their vision was to build a firm culture where members valued hard work, collaboration and strong client relationships. They hoped to create an environment where employees enjoyed a rewarding career while also maintaining a sustainable work-life balance which allowed for quality time with family and other personal interests.
