With 25 years in Sales and Services leadership roles across APAC in the telco industry, Adam joined ng-voice in 2024 as VP Sales for APAC, where he will leverage his extensive industry and regional experience to lead the ng-voice APAC mission from its infancy. Adam has built his career with Ericsson, Cisco, and Citrix, while more recently he established and led the APAC Telco verticals in Red Hat then VMware.

With vast experience in virtualizing the mobile core of tier-1 operators and developing cloud-native solutions, Basit has implemented Pakistan's first fully virtualized IMS to launch VoLTE functionalities at Telenor. Now at ng-voice, his main priority is ensuring that ng-voice's IMS remains the most cloud-native IMS in the market. He is in charge of the ng-voice product roadmap and is in touch with the technical leadership of our customers to ensure we solve their most pressing business problems.
Jan is an experienced telecoms executive who held senior roles at Ericsson Group, such as Group Executive VP and CFO, and served as interim CEO until 2017.
He currently serves as Senior Independent Director of Alphawave Semi Plc, Chairman of Sweepr Technologies Ltd, Zinkworks Ltd and as senior advisor to Telavox AB.

Maciej Kranz helped pioneer the Internet of Things industry through more than 30 years of computer networking and technology innovation experience in multiple industries. Served in leadership roles at Cisco Systems for 20 years in the fields of enterprise networking and IoT, and as EVP & CTO, Member of the Executive Board from 2019-2023 at Kone, and now Member Board of Directors IoTecha Corp. He authored the New York Times bestseller, "Building the Internet of Things," and is a faculty member of Singularity University.
Mike has shaped the telecom industry for several decades and has been Telstra's group Managing Director and Head of Network Engineering from 2013-2018.
Today he is a member of several boards, amongst others he is a Board Observer at Vantage Towers and a Non-Executive Director at Waveconn, an advisor to a number of start up companies and a Senior Advisor to the Boston Consulting Group (BCG).
With 11+ years of experience in QA positions and extensive knowledge in VoIP, SIP, IMS, and programming languages, he focuses on ng-voice's load testing, stability, and reliability efforts.
Rubin was co-CEO at Zalando SE from 2010 to 2021, helping to scale the company from a start-up to one of Germany's largest listed companies with revenues of more than EUR 10bn and 15.000 employees.
He is passionate about company building and supports growth companies as an active shareholder.
Sergio held different senior executive management positions at Ericsson, where he served as CEO of LATAM and Caribbean for 7 years and as Global Head of Sales and Commercial Management.
He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of SWEDCHAM and advisory to several technology companies across Europe, Latin America and the United States.
With 15+ years as a software engineer, Tej guides his team in following engineering best practices and embarking on an exciting product journey. He collaborates with the QA team to ensure applications meet specifications and technical requirements. Tej presents and defends architectural and technical choices, conducts integration testing, and participates in code review sessions. He provides system analysis to the C-level, trains junior engineers and drives a customer-centric approach to product evolution.
