Clayton Brewer is a Sr VP of NextGen Security and is responsible for the company's East Division. Clayton has served in the electronic security industry for 10 years and is responsible for the strategic oversight and management of the operations, engineering, and sales departments. Based in Exton, PA, Clayton is accountable for developing the East Division's sales and account management team and propelling the business forward, as well as, working closely with the operations, engineering, and service teams to deliver on projects for customers with excellence. In his time with NextGen, Clayton has been instrumental in establishing the East Division and successfully developing and implementing physical security programs and operational procedures for some of the nation's largest companies within Healthcare, Food Manufacturing, and Higher Education verticals.

Dwight Smith is a founding principal and has been a veteran of the electronic security industry for 25 years, with strong experience in nearly every facet of the business, from field operations to financial management. As Sr VP of Finance & Administration at NextGen Security, Dwight has direct oversight of daily financial activities, procurement, information systems, human resources & administration, and shares with the executive group the mission of making safety a top priority on every single project.

Eric Carrier is the Vice President of NextGen Security's Southeast Division. He has eighteen years of experience in the electronic security industry and specializes in deploying security technologies in open spaces for cities, municipalities, universities, and commercial & industrial industries. Eric has vast experience assisting major utility companies in developing successful Video Surveillance as a Service programs.

Frank Brewer is CEO and co-founder of NextGen Security. Prior to the launching of NextGen, Frank served as the CEO of FirstService Security where he led global security operations for two of FirstService's major security brands - Intercon, a premier provider of electronic and physical security in Canada, and Security Services and Technologies (SST), a global leader in security system design, implementation, and integration in the United States. Prior to his role as CEO of FirstService Security, Frank served as Founder and CEO of SST, where under his leadership, and through organic growth and subsequent acquisitions, grew the company from 0 to $200M.

Ryan Loughin is President and co-founder of NextGen Security. Ryan has enjoyed a career in the physical security industry for over 20 years and has been around security nearly his entire life. Loughin grew up in a family of security professionals and knew it was a path he wanted to pursue at a relatively early age. Ryan began his professional career at Security Services & Technologies (SST), a well-respected regional integrator at the time, and grew with the company through their transformation into a national provider of higher end security solutions. During his 12 years with SST Ryan performed many different functions for the company but most notably was his founding of their Petrochemical & Energy Division. Ryan developed this specialized department within SST and grew it into a major security provider to some of the world's largest chemical, energy and oil & gas companies.

Ryan Rieger is a founding principal and Vice President of NextGen Security and responsible for company's Petrochemical & Energy Division. Ryan has been in the security integration business for 20 years and has dedicated much of that time working with major companies in the chemical, oil & gas, and energy/utility sectors both in the US and abroad. Ryan is an expert in the physical security requirements needed for facilities affected by MTSA, CFATS, and NERC CIP regulations as well as what it takes to deliver and service these systems in a heavy industrial and safety focused environment. Working out of the Exton, PA office Ryan oversees a dedicated national team of account management, operational, engineering, and service.

Steven Greis is a founding principal and is the Vice President of NextGen Security and is responsible for the company's West Divison. Steven has served in the security integration industry for 20 years and is considered by many a subject matter expert in physical security. Steven is board certified as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) and Physical Security Professional (PSP) and is an active member of the Energy Security Council, and ASIS International.
