We provide our clients with a computer generated, narrative style report which includes embedded photos of many of the defects found for clarity. Our home inspection report is completed and provided to you the same day as the inspection. The inspection report clearly states all safety defects and major faults in the home, including recommendations for maintenance and comments as appropriate. The standards of practice specify what is to be inspected, and we comply with those standards. Briefly, these include inspection of the following areas: on the exterior; siding, windows, doors, roof and roof covering and roof drainage systems, decks, patios, balconies, driveway and walk way surfaces, porches and garages. We examine the lot to determine grade to ensure storm water drainage is away from the structure.
