The Northwoods Association of REALTORS® was founded in 1953 as a non-profit organization dedicated to serving real estate brokers, agents and homeowners in the Wisconsin Northwoods counties of Forest, Iron, Langlade, Lincoln, Oneida, Price and Vilas. NWAR provides a central hub for our 450+ REALTOR and Affiliate Members to communicate, establish policy, receive training and implement new solutions to better serve their customers... NWAR/GNMLS is located inside the Leadership Academy building (aka the Old M&I Bank). Use the east double doors (by the old drive up window) and we are the first door to the left inside the main hallway... Northwoods Association of REALTORS (NWAR) is the trusted voice and advocate for real estate serving Forest, Iron, Langlade, Lincoln, Price, Oneida Vilas Counties. NWAR owns operates Greater Northwoods Multiple Listing Service (GNMLS) which serves over 170 REALTOR firms.
