NYSCLA

The New York State Clinical Laboratory Association, Inc. ("NYSCLA") is a not-for-profit trade association which promotes the common business interests and seeks to improve the business conditions of clinical laboratories located or operated within New York State. NYSCLA is a state-wide organization, not a national organization. It represents major labs, small labs, New York City labs, upstate labs, independent clinical labs, and hospital based clinical labs. NYSCLA represents the clinical laboratory industry in New York State... NYSCLA seeks to ensure that its members are aware of events happening in New York State that may affect their operations. We also tell the legislature and the regulatory agencies what our concerns are and how a proposed regulation would impact upon us. In short, we are an industry network and advocate.
