As EVP / CCO of SLR Business Credit, Betty Hernandez is one of the founding members of North Mill Capital. Betty Hernandez started her career in asset-based lending over 30 years ago. After participating in a bank credit training program at a mid-sized regional bank, she worked for a commercial finance company as an underwriter and a manager, as well as a team leader for a large bank in the Managed Assets area. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Rutgers University.
Betty has been active in the Secured Finance Network since 1990 in various capacities, both on the national level as well as at the local chapter level. She served on the board of the New Jersey SFNet Chapter and was president of the Chapter in 2014. On the national level, Hernandez serves as Chair of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusiveness Committee and is a member of the Executive Committee. Additionally, she is a member of the 40 Under 40 selection Committee, Education Committee and the Women in Secured Finance Committee for the national Secured Finance Network. Betty has traveled to Columbia, Mexico, and Nigeria promoting and teaching lenders, politicians, and others the art of asset-based lending.

Dan is currently Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of SLR Business Credit (SLRBC). In 2010, Dan was a co-founder of North Mill Capital (which has recently been rebranded to SLR Business Credit) and has been in the asset-based lending and factoring industry for over 30 years. In conjunction with this, most recently in 2020; SLRBC has also entered into digital finance. Serving as COO, Dan is also responsible for business development and marketing, is a board member and sits on the SLRBC credit committee.
Prior to North Mill Capital, Dan was Senior Vice President in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast region for a regional bank and was involved in all aspects of asset-based lending. He has been involved in the Secured Finance Network (SFNet) of New Jersey and was a prior chairman. Dan is also a member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), the Turnaround Management Association (TMA), and Opus Connect. Dan is a graduate of Rutgers University majoring in accounting and finance with a minor in economics. He resides in Princeton N.J.

As President & CEO of SLR Business Credit, Jeffrey Goldrich has been in the asset-based lending and factoring business for over 40 years. He founded North Mill Capital, as its President and CEO, with its management group in 2010. In 1995 he co-founded as a shareholder and COO of Business Alliance Capital Corp (BACC) a national commercial finance company based in Princeton, New Jersey. Jeff and his partner sold BACC to Sovereign Bank (now Santander) in 2005. Prior to that, he was a senior vice president and manager of the asset-based lending department of First Fidelity Bank in Newark, New Jersey.
Jeff is currently President of the Secured Finance Network (SFNet) after serving as its First Vice President for a number of years. He is also a member of its Executive Committee among various other committees. Jeff is a Foundation Patron of SFNet's Education Foundation and a member of its Board of Directors.
As SVP & COO - IBF Division for SLR Business Credit, Rochelle Hilson joined PrinSource in 1996 and remained in this role after its acquisition by North Mill Capital. She has been active in the development of the company's credit and underwriting policies and its financial infrastructure.
Prior to joining PrinSource, Rochelle spent two years with a regional commercial finance company developing credit and underwriting policies, after spending two years with a regional CPA firm. Rochelle has been involved in the TMA and the RMA.

As EVP / CFO of SLR Business Credit, Steve Carroll is a Certified Public Accountant with an extensive commercial finance and banking background covering 36 years. Steve is one of the founding members of North Mill Capital and is the Chief Financial Officer.
Prior to North Mill, Steve was the Chief Financial Officer of Business Alliance Capital Corporation, a commercial finance company that was sold to Sovereign Bank in 1995. While at Sovereign, he was the Chief Financial Officer of the Asset Based Lending Division until organizing and starting NMC. Steve was also involved in the start-up of two commercial banks and was employed by a large commercial bank in Philadelphia. Steve began his career with a Big Four accounting firm.

As Human Resources Manager of SLR Business Credit, Trina Garner also served in this role for North Mill Capital after its acquisition of Summit Financial Resources in July of 2019.
Prior to joining Summit as Human Resources Manager in 2005, Trina was Director of Human Resources at Vertrax, Inc. She also held Human Resource positions at Cervalis LLC and Millennia III. Katrina studied Asian Studies at La Trobe University in Melbourne, Australia.
