Amber Dube - SVP

Amber Dube is Senior Vice President & General Manager, Retail Division - SpinLife, the largest Direct to Consumer retailer of DME in the US, specializing in mobility equipment for both the aging and disabled populations. Amber is responsible for leading the business through its next phase of growth by driving thoughtful business strategy and vision in line with its mission to improve customer's lives through independent mobility. She oversees all commercial and operational functions with full P&L accountability Amber has more than 25 years of extensive global retail brand development and marketplace management experience with iconic brands such as Nike, Adidas, Under Armour, and Columbia Sportswear. Amber led efforts to transform the retail landscape by creating dynamic retail experiences for customers throughout the world. She also developed and rolled out profitable retail programs to over 3,000 retail doors. Prior to joining the team in January 2024, Amber was most recently Executive Vice President and CMO at Palmetto Moon, a southern lifestyle retail brand, where she oversaw and drove explosive growth through management of marketing, ecommerce, stores, training, visual merchandising, operations, and real estate. Amber attended North Idaho College on a basketball scholarship with focus in Business Management. Amber and her husband, Mark, live in Daniel Island, South Carolina and have four adult children. Amber & her husband are avid golfers, outdoor enthusiasts, love to travel, and play pickleball. Amber is passionate about her volunteer work at local charities to support Breast Cancer Survivors and victims of Domestic Violence.

Amy Jensen

Amy Jensen leads Government Relations for Numotion and is a Partner at SplitOak Strategies in Washington D.C. where she is focused on healthcare policy and the rights of people living with a disability. In addition to her strong policy background in health, Cunniffe has also provided legislative and regulatory council on tax, labor, Social Security, and general business issues in both the private and public sectors. Amy began her career on Capitol Hill as a Legislative Assistant and a Policy Analyst for a Republican member of the Energy & Commerce Committee in the House of Representatives. She managed the health care policy portfolio for the Chief Deputy Whip and served as the chief health care policy staff for the Speaker of the House of Representatives. Amy served as a Special Assistant to the President for Legislative Affairs in the George W. Bush Administration where she acted as a liaison to the White House for bipartisan members of Congress. Amy has twenty years of experience in the health policy and strategic advisory space serving as the Senior Vice President of Public Affairs for Caris Life Sciences, Leader of U.S. Government Relations for GE Healthcare and the Senior Executive Vice President of Government Affairs at the Advanced Medical Technology Trade Association (AdvaMed). Most recently, Amy was a Principal in Ernst and Young's Washington Council. Amy has a B.A. in Political Science from Truman State University and is a native of Wheaton, IL.

Andrea Barnett

Andrea serves as Executive Director of Communications and Media Relations at Numotion. She is responsible for planning and implementing strategic internal and external communications programs in support of the company's overall mission and vision. She also leads the company's public relations, social media and digital marketing efforts. Prior to joining Numotion in 2017, Andrea had more than 10 years of marketing and communications experience, primarily in healthcare. She held roles as the marketing leader with Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance and as a digital marketing leader for urgent care locations with HealthPoint Marketing Group. Outside of the healthcare space, Andrea worked in sports and general marketing roles of increasing responsibility, both with private companies and a marketing agency. Andrea earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She lives in Franklin, Tennessee with her two children.

Bill Balaun - COO

As the Chief Operating Officer of Numotion, Bill guides the company's workflow strategy and organization of all essential business processes. He also leads process improvements to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency, planning changes and updates to day-to-day operations, and driving the integration of the Company's operational goals and strategic direction. Bill has more than 30 years in healthcare services with extensive leadership experience in multi-site operations management, strategic sales, business strategy, team development as well as supporting the growth and vitality of his business partners. Prior to joining Numotion, Bill served as Executive Vice President and COO for Covenant Physician Partners, an Ambulatory Surgery Center and Practice Management business located in Nashville. Under his leadership and with the support of a dynamic team, Covenant orchestrated a turnaround of field operations that is now growing 8% organically across their Gastroenterology and Ophthalmology businesses. In addition to Field Operations, Bill oversaw Human Resources, Laboratory, Clinical Services, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Revenue Cycle Services. Bill also spent more than 20 years with McKesson Corporation in various roles including sales management, hospital strategy and national account management, government sales, operations, independent retail pharmacy support and senior general management roles. While there, he developed and launched Pharmacy Optimization, a consulting business focused on improving the efficiencies and health of hospital pharmacy customers. Bill's hobbies include golf, college football, and embarrassing his children whenever possible. Bill and his wife are graduates of Ohio State University.

Bill Stempowski

Bill is the Senior Vice President of Service & Repair at Numotion and is responsible for the overall direction and strategy of the Service & Repair business, including developing plans for operational best practice processes and infrastructure - all to best service our customers. Bill earned his bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and his master's degree in Business Administration from Cleveland State University. He is a proud lifelong Ohio resident who started his professional career at Emerson Electric in Product Management, holding a variety of roles including Marketing, Service Leadership and Business Development. Bill joined GE Healthcare in May 2012 as Director of Service for northeast Ohio and northwest Pennsylvania leading service delivery in the market for a variety of clients including the Cleveland Clinic and UPMC. Bill moved into a Senior Director role for GE Healthcare leading the implementation and service delivery for clinical engineering for a 24-bed hospital system with over 100 teammates. He developed and delivered a program to service all medical assets within the hospital providing support for over 1.5 million patients annually. Bill has served as the Regional Vice President for the Midwest Region, Vice President of Operations for Rehab in the Valley subzone and most recently as the Vice President of Service for the Northeast Zone.

Bret Barczak

As Chief Marketing Officer & Executive Vice President, Retail Division, Bret oversees marketing and communications for Numotion. He also leads Numotion's new Retail Division, SpinLife. Bret is responsible for accelerating the company's growth through creative implementation of marketing programs, driving Numotion brand awareness, managing digital channels, executing product management rigor and developing innovative business strategies. Before joining Numotion in September 2016, Bret built a foundation of more than 20 years of marketing experience, primarily at GE Healthcare. His last role there was as General Manager of U.S. and Canada Zone Marketing. In that position, he led a marketing organization focused on growth in orders and revenue, competitive positioning, market intelligence and sales. As Chief Marketing Officer for GE Healthcare Global Services, Bret led innovation and thought leadership strategies to enhance the GE brand, differentiate its services, and drive growth through several acquisitions. Bret has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from St. Norbert College and an MBA from Marquette University. Bret and his wife, Kathy, live in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin and have three adult children. In his free time, Bret plays basketball and loves to watch all sports. His favorite teams include the Packers, Brewers, Bucks, and Marquette University basketball.

Curtis Watkins - Chief Compliance Officer

Curtis Watkins serves as the Chief Compliance Officer at Numotion. In his role, he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Numotion's compliance program and related initiatives. Before joining Numotion in January 2019, Curtis' professional career spanned over 25 years with roles in law enforcement and as a leader specializing in healthcare fraud, waste and abuse identification and investigation with various government contractors. At Numotion, he most recently served as Vice President of Healthcare Compliance Operations where he had day to day responsibility for the oversight of Numotion's compliance activities including concern report investigations, training/education/communication, licensing/credentialing and internal audit. Curtis has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Saint Leo University. Curtis and his wife, Pam, live in Columbia, Tennessee, near their twin daughters. In his free time, Curtis enjoys golf and being actively involved with his church.

David Mapes

David Mapes services as the Senior Vice President of Support Operations at Numotion. In this role, he is responsible for all Supply Chain operations; including supplier management & diversity, purchasing, and inventory management. In addition, he oversees Commercial Payer Contracting, Environmental Health & Safety programs, fleet management & facilities support. Before joining Numotion in 2018, David's professional career spanned over 24 years in the military & corporate leadership roles. He served as a Logistics Officer in the U.S. Marine Corps and separated as a Captain in 2000. He spent 18 years at GE Healthcare in various leadership roles in the areas of logistics, six sigma, plant management, field service, and commercial leadership with national healthcare providers. David has a bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership & Supervision from Purdue University and a MBA from Marquette University. David and his wife, Jill, live in Franklin, TN and have three children in college & high school. In his free time, David is an avid cyclist, leads a local Boy Scout Troop, and enjoys camping and watching Purdue football & basketball.

Elizabeth (Liz) Henry - CHRO

As CHRO at Numotion, Liz is responsible for developing and executing human capital strategies in the areas of talent management, organizational and performance management, succession planning, training and development, and compensation. Before being promoted to CHRO Liz served as the Vice President of Talent, focused on the selection and development of talent, leadership coaching, culture building and employee engagement strategies. Prior to joining Numotion in 2021, Liz held several key leadership roles in HR over her 20 year career in financial services. She was responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of HR (Talent Acquisition, Learning, Payroll, HR Service Center, and Employee Relations) at USAA, she worked as the HR Business Transition executive on various international mergers and acquisitions at Bank of America, and she has held various roles as an HR Business Partner to both revenue-generating and staff support functions within the banking industry. Liz holds a bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Randolph-Macon Woman's College, and is certified as a Six-Sigma green belt. She resides in Brevard, North Carolina and enjoys hiking, reading, and traveling.

Elizabeth Floegel

As Chief Information & Digital Officer, Elizabeth oversees technology strategy and information security at Numotion. Elizabeth is responsible for accelerating the use of innovative technology and data to drive business value and support the mission of Numotion. Before joining Numotion in October 2020, Elizabeth served in a variety of global business technology leadership roles across the pharmaceutical and other industries. Elizabeth was most recently Vice President, Global Business Technology at Allergan, where she led the connection of pharmaceutical and consumer strategies through technology around the world, managed ecommerce and customer experience platforms and led large integration efforts during its acquisition by Abbvie. Prior to Allergan, Elizabeth served as vice president of commercial and digital business technology at Baxalta, leading the successful creation of connected therapeutical precision dosing medical device apps and the implementation of complex revenue management capabilities. Elizabeth served as the head of digital and commercial technology at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals where she led the first implementation of commercial analytics platforms and the implementation of integrated sales enablement technology. Elizabeth has a Chief Information Security Officer certification from Carnegie-Mellon, a masters of business administration from Benedictine University and a bachelor's degree from Illinois State University.

Gary J. Gilberti

As the Executive Vice President of the East Division at Numotion, Gary is responsible for developing the business strategy focusing on revenue growth, operational excellence, acquisitions, customer service and employee engagement. Gary has established himself as a specialist in the rehab equipment industry since 1988 when he founded Chesapeake Rehab Equipment, Inc. (CRE). CRE was a multi-location CRT supplier providing equipment and services from Pennsylvania to South Carolina and was purchased by ATG Rehab in 2011. He served as Division President for ATG until it merged with United Seating and Mobility in 2013 and became Numotion. In addition, Gary served as President of the Board of Directors for the National Coalition for Assistive and Rehab Technology for eight years and was a member of the Rehab Engineering Society of North America. He previously served on the boards for AAHomecare, the Rehab and Assistive Technology Council, the Maryland National Capitol Home Health Association, the North Carolina Association for Medical Equipment Suppliers, the Medical Equipment Dealers Association of Maryland, the Accreditation Commission for Health Care, Wheelchair Professionals Inc., U.S. Rehab, Inc. (Co-Founder/VP) and Adaptive Equipment Systems, Inc. Gary has a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Randolph-Macon College. He and his wife Susan live in Wilmington, North Carolina, have 4 adult children and 4 grandchildren. A fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers, his hobbies include any type of watersport and woodworking.
