Under the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017, our involvement in Ontario adoptions is focused primarily on children born and placed in Ontario. From early on in our history we have worked with families bringing children into Ontario for the purpose of adoption, from other jurisdictions (provinces and countries) where the finalization of the adoption would occur in Ontario. CRCC has a license to work with the United States of America. We have also worked under a one-time license to facilitate adoptions from other countries, where there is no other agency licensed to work with that country...
