Cathy Reisch

Cathy has five years of Ambulatory Surgery Center experience. She has served as Credentialing Manager/Project and IT Systems Manager/Office Manager, working with ASC staff on various administrative projects, including staff training and process improvement. She assists team on project management of new construction, renovations of existing centers and business turnaround projects. Prior to her healthcare experience, Cathy spent 17 years with the Coca-Cola system in project management, bringing to the team extensive knowledge of customer service, data management, software conversion and staff training with a focus on the full revenue cycle.

Chris McMenemy

Chris has 12 years of experience in all aspects of development and management of Ambulatory Surgery Centers. Prior to purchasing the Ortmann Healthcare Consultants in 2011, Chris served as Sr. Vice President of Administration for Ortmann Healthcare Consultants for seven years. As President and owner of Ortmann Healthcare Consulting Service, LLC Chris has continued the tradition of supporting and serving the ASC community. The company continues to specialize in development, building, licensure, certification, accreditation, billing and collections and management for new and existing ASCs.

Jessica Miller

Jessica has 11 years of Ambulatory Surgery Center experience. She is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a Masters in Health Administration and came to Ortmann Healthcare Consultants on a Graduate Assistantship in 2005. Jessica continued on with the new ownership of Ortmann receiving her CPC Certification-AAPC in 2010 in addition to her 2015 Certified Medical Coder-ICD 10 designation. Jessica specializes in licensure, certification and accreditation process management, policy and procedure development, physician credentialing, managed care contracting and medical coding.

Sarah McKeever

Job Titles:

Sarah has nearly 35 years of clinical and surgical experience in both hospitals and Ambulatory Surgery Centers. Sarah has successfully led the start-up of ASCs in Virginia, Ohio, South Carolina, Montana, Colorado, Florida, Utah, New Mexico, Texas and Hawaii. Sarah is a former ASC Administrator with experience in all aspects of ASC operations including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, OSHA regulations, accounts payable, payroll, credentialing, clinical policy development, and staff and management training.
