Alfredo is a Superintendent who has been at PPI since 2018. He works with the field and office teams to implement and showcase the quality of work at PPI.

Bob Phipps has been with PPI since 2017. He was hired as a Superintendent and now works alongside the office staff, superintendents, and field personnel to help keep the field running smoothly as our Warehouse Manager.
Before coming to PPI, Bob worked for Flywheel Sports as a Facility Manager over their D/FW locations. He was responsible for maintaining all in-house equipment and building maintenance. Bob has a vast level of knowledge and skill in various trades he has gained throughout his life and career.
Bob lives in McKinney, TX with his wife Denise and their pup. In his free time, he enjoys being on the water with family and friends-frequently fishing the lakes and coastlines. He also enjoys searching for rare aquarium fish and refurbishing aquariums and cars.

Chris Esquivias is our General Field Manager and has been at PPI since November 2022. He works directly with the estimating, project management, and field teams to ensure that all PPI jobs are being run correctly.
Before coming to PPI, Chris worked at another large painting contractor in DFW as a Field Manager. During his time there, he helped complete Park Cities Presbyterian Church, Southwest Airlines Corporate Flight Training Center, Collin College Technical Campus, and The Star in Frisco, just to name a few.
Chris loves a challenge and has been told by General Contractors that he can pull a rabbit out of a hat on jobs that are behind. Chris has run multimillion dollar projects throughout DFW and loves to say that the bigger the job the better the challenge.
Chris lives in Dallas with his wife Brittany and children Destiny, CJ, Ace, Mckennzee, Dallas, his nephew JJ and his grandmother Janis.
Chris is a sports fanatic and likes to watch and attend Dallas Cowboys, Texas Longhorns, and high school football games. He also loves boxing, watching Nascar, fishing and to spend time with his wife and children.

Cody has been an Estimator at PPI since January 2020 and works directly with owners and GCs to provide budgets and estimates for paint and wallcovering projects.
Darci has been with PPI since March 2011 when she started as the receptionist/administrative assistant. She quickly promoted to Office Manager in November of 2012. She works with all internal departments to complete the day-to-day office operations including payroll, A/R, A/P, and insurance.
Before coming to PPI, Darci worked as both a Special Education teacher at a Charter School in Garland, TX and as a Special Education Assistant at a middle school in Plano, TX.
Darci holds a BA in Psychology from Ouachita Baptist University. She hopes to finish the last few classes for her master's degree by the end of 2022.
Darci lives in Garland, TX with her husband Scot, who is a Dallas Police Officer, and their two dogs and two cats. She enjoys crafting, traveling, and watching home renovation shows and documentaries.

Derric has been at PPI since August 2020 and works with the Estimating and Project Management teams to estimate costs and pre-prep new jobs.
Derric attended the University of the Ozarks to play collegiate soccer. He later received his bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies with Minors in Sociology and Philosophy. Before coming to PPI, Derric worked as an electrician for Intex Electric.
Derric lives in Dallas, TX with his dog, Reus. He enjoys being out in nature, drawing, and spending time with his family.

Felipe Ledezma joined PPI as a Superintendent in February 2020. He helps the other superintendents and project managers in the field to make sure everyone has everything they need to get the job completed.
Before coming to PPI, Felipe worked as both a superintendent and a foreman to make sure jobs were completed in a timely and professional manner, always stepping in to help whenever it was needed.
Felipe believes that making the customers happy will help the company to grow. He believes that if everyone works together, we can be very successful and accomplish many things.
Felipe lives in Dallas, TX with his wife Adriana and their four daughters: Celeste, Nathaly, Clarissa, and Camila. When he is not at work, Felipe is spending time with his family.

Jason is the Founder, Sole Owner, & CEO of Parrent's Painting, Inc. Jason is passionate about his people-both employees and customers, committed to the strategic planning and growth of the company, and strongly believes that everyone is inherently responsible for their own personal and professional growth.
Jason Parrent founded Parrent's Painting, Inc. in 1996, using both the experience he gained while working for his father's painting business during college and alongside his grandfather who sold paint in the early 1980's. Jason still vividly remembers waking up in the middle of the night to check the fax machine for new bids and living on credit cards when he first started out. What started as small tenant-finish jobs for unknown contractors in the mid 1990's has since grown into an $8M+ company doing large commercial projects with nationally renowned general contractors. Most notably, PPI is still known in the D/FW area for the same quality of work and customer service they provided since the early days.
Kevin started at PPI in January 2023 and he works with our customers & General Contractors to provide budgets & estimates for paint jobs.
Before coming to PPI, Kevin worked as an Estimator for a large painting company in the DFW area. Kevin truly believes that nothing is impossible if you work hard enough. He is planning to start a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology degree at Universidad De Guadalajara.
Kevin lives in Fort Worth with his wife Leily & their puppy Chanel. In his spare time, he likes to play soccer, play video games & watch movies with his wife.

Reyes Silva started with PPI in 2022. He works with clients and General Contractors to streamline and manage production to ensure timely and successful completion of projects, as well as financially manage a project from inception to completion making sure the project maintains it budgets. He also works very closely with his team of Superintendents in the field to ensure that the project is hitting project schedule milestones, is properly staffed, and is meeting PPI's quality standards.
Before coming to PPI, Reyes worked on numerous construction projects ranging from ground up new construction to historical renovations. His ability to manage the sequence of a project, coupled with strong client relationships, has led to superior leadership skills.
Reyes believes that for every great construction project, there is a superior team of experts working as a unit to achieve success.
Reyes lives in McKinney, TX with his wife Heather and their two children, Dylan and Addyson. Reyes enjoys watching sports, hunting, fishing, and spending his weekends on the lake with his family.
