Emily Curtis

Emily was promoted into the role of Care Manager in 2021, following a company restructure. She had steadily maintained the role of Assistant Care Manager in the 4 years prior to this, gaining valuable skills and knowledge which made the transition to Care Manager as smooth as possible. Emily manages and supports the Care Team day-to-day, prioritising client welfare, overseeing and contributing to exceptional standards of care delivery for every person in our care. She has a wealth of experience within the Social Care sector, and a strong passion for dementia and mental health care, fuelling her dedication to continue her own personal and professional development, as well as supporting the same objective within the team she manages. She is currently working towards her Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management and continues to broaden her skills and knowledge. "When I joined, I was told of the potential career progressions and opportunities within the company but never thought I would be where I am now."

Lisa Watkiss

Job Titles:
  • Assistant Care Manager
Following her appointment as Assistant Care Manager in 2021, Lisa has become a valued member of the Management team at Perton Manor, quickly integrating herself into a busy and demanding role. Assisting the Care Manager with the day-to-day management of the Care Team, Lisa also works closely alongside care staff, supporting the highest standards of care delivery, leading by example. She currently holds a Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care, with a view to beginning a Level 4 Diploma. Lisa has always expressed her passion for person centred care and strives to ensure each and every client continues to receive dignified care with an individualised approach. She continues to develop with drive and determination to succeed, supporting others to do the same. "Upon being approached for the role of Assistant Care Manager, I was delighted to accept. I'm looking forward to what the future holds within my new role and beyond."

Mrs. Juliet Briggs

Juliet Briggs is the owner of Capulet Care and the homes and services that fall under its management. She is supported by a Central management Team which consists of Operations, Finance, Clinical services, Specialist Care, HR, admin services and Training. Mrs. Juliet Briggs has been a Registered Manager since 2001. She is a Registered Nurse who holds a Bsc (Hons) Health Studies, Diploma in Management studies and the Registered Managers Award. She became a Registered Nurse in 1987 and graduated to NHS and private hospital management before becoming a Registered Manager. Juliet founded Capulet Care to provide a central brand and support operation for her homes. In Capulet Care she has formed a central management team to provide that support.

Natasha Byram

Job Titles:
  • Clinical Nurse Manager
Natasha was appointed as Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) at Perton Manor at the beginning of 2022. Attaining her RNLD Nursing qualification in 2009, Natasha spent the next 4 years working with people living with a diagnosis of learning disability, mental health and challenging behavioural needs. From 2013 onwards, Natasha worked with people living with dementia. Discovering her passion in the field, she joined Perton Manor's sister home in 2016, nursing our client group living with a diagnosis of dementia and complex mental health needs, before eventually becoming Clinical Lead Nurse the following year.

Stephanie Smith

  • Home Manager
Stephanie was appointed as Home Manager at Perton Manor in 2021, transferring from the sister home, where she had been working as Home Manager since the end of 2016. Stephanie felt that she needed a new challenge, and Perton being the larger home, decided the opportunity of becoming Home Manager here, would aid her pathway of professional development and give her a fresh set of challenges to focus on. Through liaising with relatives, Local Authorities and other external professionals, as well as managing the day-to-day functioning of the home, Stephanie continues to support and contribute to the exceptional service which is offered by the company. Stephanie first began working at Perton Manor in 2013, as a Care Practitioner. Her potential and desire for progression quickly became apparent, and she steadily climbed the ranks, appointed as Care Manager in late 2015. Following a promotion to Home Manager at the sister home 12 months later, Stephanie achieved a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Health & Social Care, before returning to Perton Manor in her current role. "I love what I do and aspire to be the best, overcoming each challenge that arises, with support from the home staff and central management team. Knowing that we are able to make a difference to our clients lives, brings me a sense of satisfaction both professionally and personally".
