Originally, in Dubrovnik dialect, the name Poklisar means ‘'an ambassador'' and that's what we are. An ambassador of good taste and remarkable moments... We cook only with ingredients cultivated in a traditional manner in the surroundings of Dubrovnik: in Konavle, Primorje and the valley of river Neretva. To accompany our Chef 's specialities, we recommend you try the selected wines from the peninsula of Pelješac, the islands of Hvar and Korčula, as well as those from the continental parts of Croatia.
