Chris Cusack joined Presidential Bank Mortgage in 2019 and serves as Senior Vice President - Mortgage, leading capital markets, secondary marketing, and operations. He is a strategic leader with more than 25 years of experience in mortgage banking and financial services in the areas of capital markets, financial management, pricing, operations, and originations.
Prior to Presidential Bank, Chris lead capital markets for a regional mortgage lender where he developed and implemented strategies that significantly increased gain-on-sale and enhanced secondary and capital markets operations.
Earlier in his career, while at Farmer Mac, Chris issued debt, managed a fixed income portfolio, issued agricultural MBS, and hedged/managed interest rate risk. Prior to this, he worked for KPMG Consulting in its National Mortgage Finance Group serving clients that included multinational financial services companies, leading mortgage originators/servicers, the GSEs, and the Mortgage Bankers' Association (MBA).
Chris holds a BS from Boston College, an MBA from George Washington University, and has earned the Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) designation. Chris lives in Maryland with his wife and three daughters.

David has been a loan officer and manager in Columbia, MD with Presidential Mortgage since 2004. He has been in the mortgage business for over 30 years and has generated over $900 million in loans over the years. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland and worked on Capitol Hill in the House of Representatives prior to getting into the mortgage business.
He was one of the first to begin doing large public home buying seminars and taught at several real estate schools for new agents. He also taught real estate continuing education classes on mortgages for many years.
David encourages prospective buyers to meet with him face to face to ensure they understand all the options and variables in loan choices. He also meets borrowers in the evening or weekend, making it more convenient for those working full time during the day. This is more important than ever due to current complexities of mortgages and makes the process less intimidating to borrowers. He is located in Columbia, MD; very central to all of Maryland.
He was born and raised in the Finger Lakes region of Western New York and has lived in Maryland since attending the University of Maryland. He is married to his wife Barbara for almost 45 years, has three grown children, and lives in Ellicott City, MD.

With over 24 years of industry experience, Greg's professional service is founded on understanding his client's needs early in the process, resulting in a smooth and seamless mortgage transaction. He is skilled in a wide range of mortgage products, including Government, Conventional, Jumbo, Renovation, and First Time Homebuyer Programs. This allows him to efficiently work with a variety of clients.
His experience in mortgage lending has led to placing in the Top 1% of loan originators nationwide by Mortgage Executive Magazine from 2013 to present.
Greg is lifelong DMV area resident. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife and 3 daughters, vacationing at the beach, and playing golf.

John has over 34 years of mortgage industry experience, most recently serving for 8 years as the Mortgage Production Manager for Atlantic Union Bank. He has also served in executive roles over the last 25 years with Proficio Bank, Dynamic Capital, Pinnacle Financial, RBC / Centura Bank, and Mortgage Edge Corporation.

John Pruitt is an experienced executive in the mortgage industry. He joins our senior management team as the Senior Vice President of Production and Strategic Initiatives with initial focus on spearheading the development of our expansion into the Southeast. His leadership roles have included Regional Manager for SunTrust Mortgage in the Carolinas and Georgia as well as Director of Mortgage Lending for Fidelity Bank Atlanta. John has overseen all aspects of mortgage lending and led both SunTrust and Fidelity to number one market share rankings in Georgia. Additionally, he has served on both Fannie Mae and The Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta's Advisory Boards along with multiple Non-Profits dedicated to homeownership and financial well-being.
Born and raised on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, John understands the importance of family and community. He is happily married to wife Denise and proud father to daughter, Anna. He holds a BA in Economics and Business from Randolph Macon College. He enjoys writing having penned "Tales of the Tide" which features lessons and essays about life on the Southeastern coast. An avid golfer and passionate sportsman, John balances his work life by spending time with family and friends in the outdoors.

Michael Carr serves as Executive Vice President of Presidential Bank Mortgage. He has been employed by Presidential Bank since early 2010. Mr. Carr oversees the mortgage production offices in addition to Presidential Bank's Mortgage management team. Mr. Carr has over 30 years of mortgage industry experience. He previously served as Regional Manager for one of PNC/National City Mortgage Eastern Regions' in charge of the mid-Atlantic production offices and operations areas. He has been employed as the President of James Madison Mortgage Company, as well as Vice President of Secondary Marketing for Manufacturers Hanover and Society Mortgage Company. Mr. Carr holds a BA in Economics and an MBA in Finance from the University of Connecticut.
