Kathleen Adkins

Kathy Adkins wears many hats at Process and Water. In her role as Human Resources and Customer Relations Manager, she handles organizational development and serves as the primary point of contact for customers. Kathy's 25 years of corporate business experience includes 15 years working at Jordan's Furniture, from HR to general administrative functions in a fast-paced, high-volume retail operation. For the majority of her career, Kathy has been primarily focused on the specialized HR areas of organizational development and performance management. Kathy attended Stonehill College and was certified in Human Resources. She also earned an Associate's Degree in Human Resources and Business Management from Newbury College in Boston. Kathy lives in Raynham with her husband and child. When not tending to Process and Water employees or customers, she enjoys spending time with family and cooking for Tom.

Patrick Forbes

Job Titles:
  • Lead Systems Fabricator
Patrick Forbes has made a career out of building things, making sure they work properly, and teaching other people how to do the same. As the Company's Lead Systems Fabricator, Patrick manages the Process and Water team that sources components, lays outs, fabricates, assembles and installs Process and Water's custom and standardized water purification, filtration, and treatment systems. In other words, Patrick is effectively Process and Water's Chief Builder. Patrick started his career as a Marine Engineer in the commercial shipping industry. On freighters, tankers and other large vessels, Patrick was responsible for keeping all shipboard machinery in proper working order. This included tending to large diesel engines and generators, as well as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Following his maritime experience, Patrick started his own construction contracting firm that handled all aspects of residential and commercial construction projects. Later he became an educator, teaching high school woodshop, building construction, and architectural drafting courses. Patrick holds a B.S. degree in Marine Engineering from The Massachusetts Maritime Academy. He reside in Hanson, Mass. Patrick enjoys golfing and spending time with his children when back from college.

Stephen Benjamin

  • Vice President of Engineering
As VP of Engineering for Process and Water, Stephen Benjamin is responsible for managing all aspects of the Company's Engineering department and product development activities. Stephen is a seasoned engineering executive with 20 years of experience designing, building and implementing commercial and industrial water purification, filtration and treatment systems. Stephen's primary focus at Process and Water is ensuring that the Company uses efficient processes for understanding customers' needs, conceptualizing innovative solutions, and creating ready-for-manufacturing designs. He also has the responsibility of delivering those systems to customers with the agreed-upon specifications, on time, and at or under budget. System fabrication, installation, and servicing also fall under his area of responsibility. Prior to joining Process and Water, Stephen a had long track record of success in senior engineering positions with LT Technologies. There he oversaw all aspects of the design, manufacturing, implementation and servicing of complex systems for large and demanding customers in challenging industry sectors including aerospace, defense, biotechnology, energy and higher education. Stephen holds an Associate degree in Applied Science from Paul Smith's College of Arts and Sciences, and a B.S. in Chemistry (Magna Cum Laude) from Bridgewater State University. He resides in Bridgewater, Mass with his wife and two children and enjoys fishing and golfing.

Thomas Belmont - CEO

In his role as CEO of Process and Water, Tom Belmont sets the Company's strategic direction and oversees all aspects of its day-to-day management. With more than 15 years of experience, Tom is a proven innovator and business leader in the water purification and wastewater treatment industries. Today he leads the Process and Water team in designing and delivering solutions built with cutting-edge fluid handling and process purification technologies. Tom has managed many successful initiatives in the environmental, process and manufacturing sectors. He began his career in 1994 at LT Technologies, a provider of custom and standardized water purification, filtration and treatment solutions. There he held a series of positions with increasing responsibilities, including roles in project management, product development, technical sales and process support. Named CEO of LT Technologies in 2006, Tom's role expanded to include general management, strategic planning, and business development. During his tenure as CEO, Tom built the business to the point where it was sustaining 15-20% earnings growth year over year. In 2010, Tom Belmont, was ready for a new challenge, so he left LT Technologies and founded Process and Water. Tom holds an Associate degree from Massasoit College and a B.S. degree in Environmental Management from Bridgewater State University. He lives in East Bridgewater, Mass. with his wife and two children. When Tom isn't thinking about customers' water systems, he coaches and is on the board for his local youth sports teams and squeezes in the occasional round of golf.

William (Bill) Sardo

Job Titles:
  • Service Manager
In his roles as Service Manager, Bill Sardo works closely with Process and Water's customers to ensure the integrity and availability of their systems. Whether it is handling scheduled service visits, installing replacement parts, or tuning a system for customers' specific needs, Bill manages the services function for Process and Water. To this role, he brings more than 10 years of direct experience in the water treatment industry in lead services roles working with innovative, high-purity water and wastewater recycle systems. Bill has been factory-trained and is a certified technician on several of the analytical instruments and program logic controllers used in Process and Water's systems. Bill lives in Whitman Mass. With his wife and child. While not servicing Process and Water customers, he enjoys boating and fishing.
