Anthony J. Luongo serves as Vice Chair of the PPH Board of Directors. Mr. Luongo is currently employed by Temple University and serves as Director of Criminal Justice Training Programs (College of Liberal Arts). During his 21-year tenure at Temple University, Mr. Luongo has managed the development of curricula and the delivery of professional training programs for police personnel, sheriffs and deputy sheriffs, constables, park rangers, school resource officers, and legislative security staff among other occupational groups. Mr. Luongo has an extensive record of managing sponsored projects and external awards, and he has taught undergraduate courses for the Department of Criminal Justice and University College. His research interests include ethics and core values in criminal justice, geographic perspectives on crime, program design and evaluation, and visitor and resource protection on America's public lands. Mr. Luongo earned a BA in Criminal Justice from Temple University and an MA in Criminal Justice from the same institution. He lives in Bucks County, PA with his family and enjoys attending college sporting events, cooking, gardening, and visiting natural and cultural places of interest.

Cassandra is the agency owner of ComForCare Homecare. She holds a Master of Science in Health Services Administration from Central Michigan University, a Bachelor of Administration, Public Administration from Park University. Cassandra is a dedicated healthcare professional with three decades of progressively responsible experience in clinical and non-clinical settings. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Home Care Association and the Home Care Association of America.

Catherine A Nemeth (Cathy) retired after a 37-year career as a CPA in the assurance services sector of public accounting with Philadelphia regional firm, Asher & Company, Ltd. and national firm BDO USA, LLP. She served in various capacities such as Assurance Dept. chair and member of the Executive Committee and also on Boards of Directors such as PPH.

Eric serves as the Chair of the PPH Board of Directors. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and holds the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriters designation (CPCU). He manages self-insured programs and performs as a risk management consultant in the health care industry.

Howard is the Vice-President and co-owner of Home Care Options based out of Philadelphia, PA. He serves as the head of marketing and networking, focused on building strong partnerships with healthcare providers, clients, and other industry professionals. Previously, Howard was the President, owner and operator of K's Big and Tall Only in Montgomeryville and Allentown, PA. A member of the PPH Marketing and Development Committee, Howard is an active committee and board member.

Ian is a Certified Public Accountant with over 16 years of public and private accounting experience, as well as governmental and non-profit auditing experience. In addition to managing his Accounting practice in Huntingdon Valley, PA, Ian also serves as a contract member of the management team of a NY based non-profit, is on the consistory board at his church as its Treasurer and is Chair of the Fiscal Oversight Committee at PPH.

Dr. Kristopher Halsey has worked in the healthcare industry for more than two decades. He has an extensive background working as a clinical chaplain, providing spiritual and psychosocial support to patients and their families at the end of life. He serves as a Police Chaplain for the Philadelphia Police Department 2nd District. He is an active faculty/staff member for The End-of-Life Nursing Education Consortium (ELNEC), a national specialized educational initiative to improve palliative care. In 2007, he founded a local community church in Philadelphia in which he currently serves as the Senior Pastor.

Ron Davis serves as the Director of Diversity and Community Development for Parx Casino. He holds a bachelors in education and a masters in educational/instructional media design from Virginia State University. In addition to serving on the PPH Board of Directors, Ron serves on the National Football League Former Players Board of Directors and the American Red Cross Eastern Pennsylvania Board of Directors.

Timothy Hinchcliff serves as Vice Chair of the PPH Board of Directors. Timothy is presently the Managing Director for Burholme Emergency Medical Services in Philadelphia. He remains active in the community as a member and trustee at the Lawndale Baptist Church and is the Chair of Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement Committee. He also volunteers with the Cheltenham Twp. Emergency Management Team and the Chair for the Board of Historical Architecture for the La Mott Community. Tim was born and raised in Lawndale and presently lives in nearby Cheltenham Twp. He is married to Elizabeth (Lisa) Dalton-Hinchcliff and has two stepchildren as well as seven grandchildren.

Bill Gross is a Burholme, Northeast Philadelphia native who has lived within one mile of PPH his entire life. A fourth-generation member of his family to serve the Home in some capacity, Bill literally grew up at PPH. He became involved when resident tutors visited his classroom at Crossan School in 3rd grade. Bill is an active member of the supporting congregation, Bethany United Church of Christ in Lawndale, founded at PPH in 1907. Bill is proud to still be active with PPH and serving on the Board.
