Amber started at P.R. Russell helping with odds and ends but we quickly realized that her thoughtful and creative spirit would lead her into sales. Since 2017 she has been focused on product knowledge, taken the initiative on marketing and social media, and developed genuine relationships with our customers. She goes above and beyond to understand her customers' needs and then is steadfast in making it happen. Holly is our bookkeeper extraordinaire. Since 2012 she's been impressing us with the sheer amount of work she can handle while remaining calm, cool, collected, and witty! She loves the craziness of the busy season and enjoys working together as a "work family" to get the job done. Her co-workers describe her as dependable (you'll see her early most mornings!), knowledgeable, and hardworking. When she's not working she enjoys spending time with her two daughters Haylee and Makayla and watching them excel in their sports, snowboarding, or camping.
Kristen started as an on the road Sales Rep in 2010. She quickly realized that this industry was comprised of people she enjoyed working with and dedicated her efforts to improving customer service for her customers as well as working closely with her father on expanding the business. Eventually she made her way back into the office where she now handles office and sales management. She believes that work should be fun and makes it a habit to laugh often with her peers. Her favorite part of working at P.R. Russell is working alongside her father, mother, and sister-in-law and hopes that her children may also want to join the family business in the future.
Pam has been working side by side with the owner, Marco, since 1995. Most recently she started working at P.R. Russell in HR and Safety. However, her experience goes far beyond those two fields and is a valued asset to the entire team be it professionally or personally. She keeps us motivated to always get the job done and done right. Outside of work Pam spends her weekends in her flower gardens expanding her knowledge in gardening or at the races with her family.
