New Construction Inspection - We offer up to three (3) stages of new construction inspections including a foundation inspection, pre-drywall inspection, and a final walkthrough inspection- which creates a punch list and photo summary of items you can deliver to your builder. We also tape mark cosmetic defects in paint or drywall, etc... Pre-sale or Pre-listing Residential Home Inspections- This is something we offer that every Seller should consider! There are many benefits to having a presale inspection of your home prior to putting it up for sale on the market. It places you the Seller in control to either repair the items found in the inspection, or to disclose them as "considered within the listing price"- which gives you control from the unexpected Seller's inspector findings after an offer is accepted, allowing the potential Buyer to demand repair or or reduced pricing/compensation for these items, or to otherwise rescind and break the offer entirely.
