Francine Fleischer

Francine is a nationally-renowned and award-winning photographer who captures images of people, places, and things in unique ways. She has contributed to several best-selling photography books, and has worked with industry greats including Annie Leibowitz. Her clients have included the Central Park Conservancy, Conde Nast, Random House, Ross School, Southampton Hospital and Bloomingdale's and her photographs have appeared in Architectural Digest, The New York Times, Parents Magazine, Vanity Fair, and on CNN. Herbert Li

For the Back Up Your Birth Control campaign, Herb worked with the client to customize a shopping cart that will best serve its members. He develops websites and web appliations with ASP.NET, CSS, Javascript, and MSSQL. Susan Lamontagne - President

A veteran campaign, messaging and media strategist, Susan founded the Public Interest Media Group, Inc., to help progressive advocacy organizations and health care non-profits communicate more effectively. She has developed successful public awareness campaigns to improve health care coverage, prevent teen pregnancy and HIV/AIDS, promote emergency contraception, increase organ donation, and reduce harmful chemical exposures. She currently leads communications for the Program on Reproductive Health and the Environment at UCSF and previously led media outreach for the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation research and policy fellows on behalf of IQ Solutions. Before PIMG, Susan served as Vice President for Media Relations at Planned Parenthood Federation of America, the largest women's health provider in the U.S., where she directed a successful nationwide campaign to preserve federal family planning funds and managed numerous crises. She was Press Secretary to U.S. Senator Arlen Specter of Pennsylvania and chief spokesperson and communications director for his 1992 reelection campaign, and later served as Director of the New York City Press Office for New York Governor Mario Cuomo. She started her career working for C-SPAN and is a seasoned media trainer who has provided on-camera coaching and message training to political candidates, scientists, and health care leaders.
