Brooke was born in Auckland, New Zealand. She started dancing as a teenager at the Mount Eden Ballet School, before joining the Royal Ballet School in 2012. At the age of 20, she joined the Birmingham Royal Ballet, where she performed in various roles. Brooke joined Queensland Ballet as Company Artist in 2020.

Julieanne Alroe is a professional non-executive director. She is a Board member of the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO), BESIX Watpac, Queensland Ballet and Gardior Pty Ltd. and a member of the University of Queensland Senate.
She is also a Member of the Committee for Brisbane Advisory Council, the Inaugural President of the Queensland Futures Institute (QFI), the Queensland Business Hall of Fame Induction Committee and chairs an Advocacy Committee for QUU.
Julieanne Alroe retired in June 2018 from Brisbane Airport Corporation (BAC) where she held the position of CEO and Managing Director since 1 July 2009. She was the Chair of ERM Power Ltd from 2018 until it was sold to Shell in late 2019. She was also the Chair of Infrastructure Australia for 5 years until August 2021.
Julieanne has a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Queensland and was granted an Honorary Doctor of the Griffith University (honoris causa) in December 2016. She is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of the Queensland Academy of Arts and Sciences and a member of the Chief Executive Woman (CEW).
Even though I have lived the best part of my life on the Eastern Seaboard, I was born in Western Australia and most of my family still live there. I love to go back and visit when I can.

Luke Fraser is the Chief Executive Officer of Howard Smith Wharves, a fully integrated property and hospitality business. Having oversaw the redevelopment and delivery of the wharves, Luke now leads and oversees the operations of the precinct and 1,000+ staff of Felons Brewing Co, Felons Barrel Hall, Mr Percival's, Ciao Papi, HSW Events and the Story Bridge Adventure Climb.
Located beneath the Story Bridge, the 3.4ha riverfront wharves boasts 13 restaurants, cafes, bars, event spaces and a hotel. Along with the multi-awarded Felons Brewery at our heart, the wharves is dedicated to raising the bar on hospitality. As CEO Luke oversaw the response to the pandemic and recent floods to see Howard Smith Wharves emerge as one of the "must do" things in Brisbane. Passionate about the environment and local community Luke has been a driving force behind the wharves nationally awarded goal of one day becoming the most sustainable precinct on the planet and raising over $580,000 for local community groups and charities. Luke is most proud of the team culture that has seen the wharves become one of the fastest growing hospitality businesses in the country and create genuine career pathways for the hospitality industry.
As well as his experience at Howard Smith Wharves, Luke has spent 24 years working in the property industry and has been involved in several of Brisbane's landmark development projects, and in February 2023 he was elected as Queensland President and to the National Board of the Property Council of Australia. Since 2020 Luke has been a Board Member of Easts Rugby Union.
Luke is hugely passionate about Brisbane and Queensland and loves rolling up his sleeves to get in involved in discussions about the future of Brisbane, the tourism sector, driving the economy, and now ensuring we leave a lasting legacy after the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Mr Cameron Costello is a Quandamooka traditional owner from the Moreton Bay region. Cameron has dedicated his professional life to advocating for the rights of First Nations Peoples, and encouraging a robust, equitable and environmentally sustainable society. Cameron brings a rich 25-year legacy of delivering First Nations arts and cultural policies, programs and infrastructure including the establishment of the Queensland Government's Backing Indigenous Arts Program, Cairns Indigenous Art Fair, and the Black Diamonds Program for Brisbane City Council.
Following his recent role as CEO of the Quandamooka Peoples Native Title Body, in 2020, he received both the Griffith Business School's Outstanding First Peoples Alumnus Award and the University of Queensland Indigenous Community Impact Award.
As a qualified lawyer, he has worked previously in the legal sector, is a current member of the UQ Law Advisory Board and was recently appointed to the Queensland Government's First Nations Consultative Committee to establish a Voice model to the Queensland Parliament.
Cameron was recently appointed to the Queensland Government's Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympics Legacy Committee is on a number of arts and cultural committees including the Arts Queensland First Nations Advisory Committee, and the Boards of QMUSIC, Queensland Ballet, HOTA (Home Of The Arts), and the Aboriginal Centre for Performing Arts (ACPA).
Cameron is currently the Deputy Chair of the Queensland Tourism Industry Council and the Interim Chair of the Queensland First Nations Tourism Council. He runs his own consultancy practice and has worked across private and public sectors in Queensland focusing on enabling organisations to improve their Indigenous engagement strategies.
Cameron is passionate about inspiring others, using entrepreneurial skills to enrich the lives of the next generation, empowering them to become advocates and carers of Country, keeping culture strong and working together toward a bright tomorrow.
