Anil Rathor is one of the Founder Directors at Rathor Associates. Anil, officially known as BS Rathor, is the Chairman & Principal Advisor, All India Resort Development Association (AIRDA), a national body of Vacation (Timeshare) Resort Developers in India. A Honours Graduate in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur, B S Rathor joined AIRDA after his retirement from Ford India, where he was Vice President. Earlier, he has held senior executive positions in English Electric & GEC Alstom. Anil Rathor has been actively involved with major industry and business associations throughout his professional career. He has held Executive Committee positions in national and regional associations as SIAM, CII, IEEMA, AMCHAM and others. He has traveled extensively in Europe, Russia, South East Asia, South Africa, Middle East countries and U.S and has led a high-powered IEEMA delegation to the EC countries. Anil Rathor is a regular contributor to The Hindu group of publications on industry and economic issues. He is an accredited member of the Foreign Correspondents Club, New Delhi.

Sumit Rathor is the CEO at Rathor Associates in Bangalore. Rathor Associates is a coming together of an experienced team of professionals who have worked together for the last 15 years. In addition to being on the board of a logistics major, Sumit has business interests in the hospitality industry. Outdoor interests include Golf and Sumit is among the leading players in Bangalore. He has a handicap index of 8.8 and has been an office bearer and on the managing committee at KGA. Sumit has served as Secretary, Chairman of Tournaments and Captain at the club. Sumit also commits a fair share of his time on Rotary projects as a key resource enabler. Sumit's plans for the future include a training range for people interested in the game. He also plans to set up a separate company that conducts golf tournaments for both corporates and non-profit organizations. The Deutsche Bank Trophy conducted by Sumit last year drew over one hundred CEO level participants from all over the country. At another level, Sumit is the key force behind the Richmond Charity Golf Tournament - organized every year to generate funds for community rehabilitation projects.
