Adam Bolduc

National Account Specialist Adam Bolduc was already a 15+ year veteran of the furniture rental industry before joining AFR in 2015 as customer service manager for a growing West Coast market. During the brunt of the COVID-19 pandemic, Adam was able to lend his next-level client support expertise and his precise eye for detail to the national accounts team. Following right along with an illustrated pattern professional growth, he's recently transitioned away from national accounts and into residential customer service with a focus on home staging and direct client support. Adam attended Santa Monica College and is described by those who know him best as inquisitive and understanding. His favorite part about his job is the people, "I love being that person who can step into someone's busy life, assure them: ‘I've got this!', and guide them on the right track during their time of transition." To keep a healthy work/life balance, Adam sticks to a steady gym schedule and makes fun plans for weekend getaways whenever possible. In addition to traveling and hanging with his rescue dog, Faust, he also loves sushi and occasionally binge-watching shows like The Sopranos, Schitt's Creek, and Below Deck.

Amanda Eirich

Amanda Eirich joined AFR Furniture Rental in June 2023. After graduating from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (Go Illini!), she began her career in new home sales. She worked for several homebuilders over the next few years. She also has a wealth of experience in sales and sales management, with deep knowledge of the insurance housing, multifamily marketing, and prop tech industries. She began her career in the furniture rental industry in Chicago in 2003 and worked in that industry for the next 18 years, holding a variety of positions, including inside and outside sales representative, national accounts representative, district sales manager, area sales director, and director of training and development. While still working in new home sales, Amanda once had a difficult time selling a floorplan for a new construction condo building in Chicago's West Loop because potential buyers couldn't picture themselves living in the empty space. She partnered with a furniture rental company, and was amazed at how quickly they were able to transform the vacant condo into a beautiful furnished model. Once potential buyers were able to see themselves living in the condos, they began selling quickly. This experience inspired Amanda to learn more about the rental furniture industry. Amanda is eager to use her skills and experience to help AFR clients in the field. She enjoys the challenge of working with different markets and finding creative solutions to meet the needs of her clients. She is always looking for ways to improve her understanding of the markets she works in. Amanda takes the time to get to know her clients on a personal level so that she can provide them with the best possible service. Amanda is active in several trade organizations, including the Chicagoland Apartment Association (CAA), the Chicago Association of REALTORS (CAR), the Corporate Relocation Council of Chicago (CRC), the Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS (MORe), the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), the Chicago Local Network of Women's Council of Realtors (WCR), and the Illinois Continuity of Care Association (IL-COC). She was also appointed as the education chair of CRC and the co-chair of their Midwest Relocation Conference. Amanda is a die-hard Chicago Bears fan, and she met her husband at a Bears tailgate. Amanda is a huge reality TV fan who loves to binge watch the Real Housewives franchise and almost everything else on Bravo. When she's not working, Amanda loves spending time with her family and her dog, Payton. Her husband and two daughters are her everything, and Payton is the perfect addition to their family. He's named after Walter Payton, her favorite football player. Amanda and her family are often found at their oldest daughter's basketball or volleyball games, or at their youngest daughter's dance competitions. They are also big fans of live music and enjoy attending as many concerts as they can.

Amy Burkhart

Amy Burkhart joined the AFR team as residential account executive in January 2023. A graduate of the University of Arizona, her career history includes account management at US Telecommunications (USTCi), Peach, and Rebel Athletic. Her favorite part about her job at AFR is spending time with her clients to better understand their needs. Amy is happy, thoughtful, and energetic. She keeps a healthy work/life balance with a 5:30 AM workout class. When she's not working hard for her clients, she likes to run and work out with friends, boat with her husband, and spend time with her whole family when the kids are home from college. If she could learn to do anything, Amy would like to explore surfing because she loves how the ocean is both relaxing and exhilarating. She has a 12-year-old white lab who is a very good boy. And her favorite teams are the Dallas Cowboys and the Arizona Wildcats. You may not know this, but Amy has even run two full marathons in Dallas and San Francisco!

Argenis Pérez

Prior to teaming up with AFR in 2019, New York, North Jersey, and Southern Connecticut account executive, Argenis "Henny" Perez, attended Katharine Gibbs School for Visual Communications. He also worked at DataVision Computer Video in New York City and Oakwood where his challenging work earned him a promotion from warehouse supervisor to branch manager. While working at Oakwood, the preferred furniture vendor for his branch was none other than AFR Furniture Rental - and the rest was history!

Arlene Espinoza

Before joining the AFR team in 2016, Residential Account Executive Arlene Espinoza worked hard for six years in the voting department at the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk in the polls division. Her career history also includes 12 years of experience as an inside sales coordinator at Kavio, a wholesale blank fashion apparel company. Arlene attended Cerritos College in Norwalk, CA and completed several business classes at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, CA. A genuine people person and networker, Arlene is naturally adept at communication. She's always loved working directly with clients to help make their lives easier. To keep a healthy work-life balance, Arlene works out every morning, five times a week; this ensures her mind, body, and soul are all healthy, so she's prepared if challenges arise. She has a three-month-old Labradoodle named Charles and her favorite team is the Dallas Cowboys. When she's not at work, you might find her making memories with her family, going on trips, exploring restaurants and amusement parks, and attending concerts. Fun Fact: Although Arlene loves to listen to blues music, her first concert ever was New Kids on the Block!

Beth Feather

Residential Account Executive Beth Feather first began working with AFR in October of 2019. A MetroWest Boston-area native for 20+ years, Beth prides herself on honesty, responsiveness, and always putting the needs of her clients first. One of her many superpowers is the ability to transform what could seem like a stressful or overwhelming process into a simple, fun, and creative collaboration. After receiving her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Hartford, Beth's career started in corporate marketing and communications with the Vanguard Group and Fidelity Investments. She became a stay-at-home mom to her three children for a few years before transitioning into real estate and home staging. Her current role at AFR perfectly complements her existing skills and experience resulting in a first-rate client experience. A personable and funny multitasker, Beth's favorite part about her job is the opportunity to meet with clients over the phone or on the road. She has a 10-year-old Goldendoodle named Ronni, and together they like to watch episodes of their favorite show, Peaky Blinders. When it comes to sports, Beth is all Boston all the time, and in her free time she likes to cook, read, hike, play pickleball, and hang out with her friends.

Bob Hickey

Bob Hickey has played an integral part on AFR's residential and home staging team for over 24 years. His background and experience (in addition to deep knowledge of apartment leasing and corporate housing) all add up to comprehensive service. Bob is devoted to the financial success of his clients, offering them profitable solutions and valuable industry insight. Bob's naturally comfortable style, attention to detail and extensive multi-family industry knowledge assure that his clients are always in excellent hands. Bob is member of the Pennsylvania and Delaware Apartment Associations. When he is not working, you can find him spending time with his wife of 25 years, Maree, his children, Julia (19) and Bobby (17), and rescue dog Layla (5). Bob regularly volunteers and contributes to local food banks and has coached soccer and baseball for his children for the past 12 years. He is an avid live concert, sports, and movies enthusiast.

Cheran Sorensen

Cheran Sorensen began working as an inside sales coordinator at AFR in the summer of 2022. She joined the team with over 10 years of on-site property management and homeowner association management experience. Cheran is also actively involved in the National Apartment Association (NAA). Her latest career adventure at AFR allows her to experience the other side of an industry she knows so well. A graduate of Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Michigan, Cheran earned a bachelor's degree in criminal justice. If she could meet anyone, it would be the heroes and leaders from World War II because she is interested in history from that era. Cheran aspires to learn how to speak a few other languages fluently-particularly Dutch, since her mother is from the Netherlands. Cheran has two dogs, Winnie and Grace, and two cats, Theo and Ralphie. Her favorite sports team is the Detroit Red Wings, and her favorite show to binge watch is The Sopranos. When she's not working, she likes to travel, go to concerts, watch hockey, and hang out with her pets. And most people don't know this, but Cheran has lived in seven different states!

Clif Walker

Henny's 14+ years of apartment management operations experience have proven advantageous in his current work. His naturally comfortable style, attention to detail, and extensive multi-family industry knowledge ensure his clients are always in excellent hands. His favorite part of his job at AFR is that every day is a little bit different than the last. With 28 total years of furniture rental experience to choose from, Clif Walker affirms his most memorable have been the last eight years as dedicated residential account executive at AFR. Since joining the team in 2014, Clif has worked wonders - including reintroducing the company to the South Florida area, successfully reentering the Atlanta market, aiding with residential market sales blitz opportunities in Dallas, Los Angeles, and Chicago, opening a new market in Nashville during the pandemic, and much more. Over the years, he has represented AFR at industry conferences such as Apartmentalize powered by National Apartment Association (NAA) in Atlanta and Orlando and the Corporate Housing Providers Association (CHPA) Annual Conference in Boston, Austin, and Atlanta. He is also an active member of Atlanta Apartment Association (AAA), Metro Atlanta Relocation Council (MARC), and Corporate Housing Providers Association (CHPA). Clif is outgoing, optimistic, and thrives on sharing and receiving smiles. His favorite part of his job at AFR is the people, with his coworkers and industry relationships being like a second family. His favorite team is the Atlanta Braves and if he had to eat one meal every day for the rest of his life it would be steak and potatoes. Clif can't live without an occasional walk in the woods and would like to learn to throw pottery someday as a new hobby.

Ebony Lee

We are very excited to share the news that Ebony Lee has joined our residential sales team as an Account Executive for the Dallas area. Ebony brings years of AFR Furniture Rental expertise and enthusiasm to her new role, and we are thrilled to have her on board. Ebony's name has been synonymous with AFR's Housewares and Amenities team for over 8 years. During that time, she has been a pillar of support, transitioning seamlessly between Specialist and Supervisor roles, and consistently exceeding expectations. Prior to AFR, Ebony built a strong foundation in operations and resident relations as an Assistant Manager at a busy Las Vegas mobile home park. Ebony also juggled five hats at Dollar Tree for 11 years, effortlessly switching between ringing up customers, managing inventory in the warehouse, and keeping the holiday season merry as Holiday Prep lead. She even stepped into the shoes of Acting Store Manager and Assistant Manager, proving her ability to tackle any challenge with grace and efficiency. Ebony is not just an Account Executive - she is a champion for her clients at AFR. Her passion for helping others fuels her every action, and she is always going the extra mile to put a smile on their faces. Witnessing the joy on a client's face after a successful project completion is what fuels Ebony in her new role. Every smile is a testament to her dedication and the value she brings to the table. Passionate about the multifamily industry, Ebony also takes an active role in Apartment Association of Greater Dallas (AAGD) initiatives.

John Spivey

John Spivey began working at AFR Furniture Rental in 2016. He went to school at Santa Monica College and received a degree in business management and leadership. He began his career in 2000 on the corporate housing side of the industry. A jack of all trades, John has prior experience working in sales, training and development, and even marketing. He started his career in furniture rental in 2008 and hasn't looked back! A member of the California Apartment Association (CAA) as well as Apartment Association of Orange County (AAOC), John is energetic, patient, and treasures building long-lasting relationships with clients and coworkers. John loves Mexican food and his guilty pleasure is binge-watching Friends. And did you know he was once a contestant on The Price Is Right? He took home luggage, a year's supply of Tums, suntan lotion, and a trip to Barbados!

Julie Howe

Following an extensive career in the telecommunications industry, Julie Howe entered the multifamily industry and never looked back! Since then, she's been focused on mastering anything and everything apartment related. As AFR's residential account executive for the Raleigh and Greensboro markets, she is devoted to the financial success of her clients, offering them profitable solutions and valuable industry insight while utilizing her creative design skills. Julie's naturally comfortable style, attention to detail and extensive multi-family industry knowledge assure that her clients are always in excellent hands. Julie is an active member of the Triangle Apartment Association, Piedmont Triad Apartment Association, Apartment Association of North Carolina and the AANC State Suppliers Council. She serves on numerous committees and enjoys the relationships and friendships she's developed with her involvement in these associations. When she's not working, you'll find her spending time with family, friends, her rescue dog, Maddie, and riding horses whenever possible.

Lauren Teel

When the opportunity arose for Lauren Teel to dive back into the furniture and sales world at AFR, she knew it was the perfect time in her life to give it a shot! Since joining the AFR team in 2022 as residential inside sales coordinator, Lauren has been having a wonderful time learning the ins and outs of inside sales, all the while taking steps to master her role and gain even deeper knowledge of the industry. Lauren's favorite part about her job is the opportunity to aid clients of all backgrounds during their transition. Her earlier professional experience includes account manager at ExecuStay by Marriott - where, as chance would have it, she worked with AFR's very own regional sales manager Wendy Schreiber. She is also experienced as a teaching assistant for Autistic Support, drawing from personal life experience as her son has been diagnosed with autism. At home, Lauren has a Goldendoodle, Reef, two bunnies, Chester and Tucker, and a bearded dragon. A lover of music and literature, Lauren shoots to read a book a week and is just waiting for the right idea to come to her so she can begin writing her very own fiction novel. Her favorite shows to binge-watch are Game of Thrones and Stranger Things, and she was actually on set during the filming of M. Night Shyamalan's motion picture Signs!

Raina Brescio

After 10+ years of working in New York City's property management field, Raina Brescio moved to Charlotte to continue her career. During this time, Raina formed strong bonds with corporate housing companies while working closely with AFR. In August 2022, she felt like it was time for a change, so she joined the AFR team as an account executive. Raina's earliest conversations with AFR management showed her there was something special about the Company. Her new job brings her joy, often feeling like a home away from home. Her favorite part about her job at AFR is the people. She's grateful to be working with her team and meeting new clients each day. She was looking for an equal work-life balance, and AFR gave that to her. Raina graduated from Maryland's Towson University in 2001 with a degree in mass communication. A mom to her seven-year-old son, Marco, Raina is loyal, outgoing, and brings passion to every task she takes on. The only thing she misses about working in New York is the food, since there's nothing quite like a New York bagel or slice of pizza.

Sherri Gibbs

After meeting AFR regional sales manager Tiana Langone at an industry event in 2016, Sherri Gibbs joined the AFR team. Focusing her prior experience as property manager, marketing director, and in advertising sales she played a key role as inside sales specialist at AFR before being promoted to senior account executive. Sherri is involved in many trade associations including the Women's Council of Realtors (WCR), Maryland Multi Housing Association (MMHA), Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Apartment Association of New Hampshire (AANH), Massachusetts Apartment Association (MAA), and Property Management Association (PMA). She has achieved the Certiified Apartment Leasing Professional credential (formerly NALP) and was awarded AFR's Customer Experience Award in 2018. Sherri's job allows her to be creative, or talk, or sell as much as she wants - and she loves that aspect! When she gets home from work, that's when her second shift as mother begins. In addition to her kids, Sherri also has a pet hermit crab and a pet hamster. A true DIYer, she hopes to learn how to drive a forklift in the warehouse so she can get the furniture from the top rack.

Stacey Reyes

Stacey Reyes is making her exciting return to AFR! Prior to entering the furniture rental industry, Stacey worked a full-time office job at an insurance company, but the nine-to-five cubicle life just wasn't a perfect fit long term. She was elated when the opportunity arose to transition to an outside sales/account manager position for a small, local furniture rental company in Southern California and during her time there her love and appreciation for the multifamily housing world grew immensely. Eager for continued growth and armed with over seven years of deep industry experience, Stacey reached out offering her services when AFR began expanding services in Southern California, and soon after became a full-fledged member of the residential team. Stacy is actively involved in various trade associations including the California Apartment Association (CAA), National Apartment Association (NAA), and more. Throughout her time at AFR, she has worked to form many strong and important partnerships - and even managed to start a large networking program in SoCal along the way. A friendly, customer-centric problem solver, Stacey loves her networking and collaboration time with clients and potential clients. When she's not at work, she spends time with her husband, daughter, and pet Maltipoo, Louie, who she rescued over 10 years ago. Stacey also likes hiking, exploring new restaurants, relaxing with an enjoyable book, and making coffee with her new Nespresso machine (goodbye Starbucks). Her favorite show to binge-watch right now is Selling Sunset and you can even catch her featured on the show last season!

Tiana Langone

Prior to joining the AFR team in 2009, Regional Sales Manager Tiana Langone gained over 10 years of experience in the property management field. An active member of trade organizations including Chicago Local Network of Women's Council of Realtors, MMA, and CTA, Tiana's favorite thing about her current role is the opportunity to step out of her comfort zone each day. People who know Tiana best describe her as fun, energetic and loyal. When she's not at work, Tiana tries to spend as much time as possible outdoors, or with her family and pet dog, Duke. Her favorite show to binge-watch is any series in the Real Housewives franchise and if she could learn to do one thing it would be fly a plane.

Trin Cardenas

Trin Cardenas has been appointed as Residential Account Executive for the Seattle area. He is a seasoned sales professional and effective manager with a proven track record of success in leading corporate divisions. Trin is a natural networker with a knack for building relationships with clients. He leverages connections with industry leaders and key decision makers to expand existing accounts and grow new business. Trin graduated from Boise State University and Seattle Central College. He fell in love with this industry after answering a Craigslist ad in 2003. He is an active member of several trade organizations, including the Washington Multi-Family Housing Association (WMFHA), where he served on the board of directors for six years. He was also the first ever WMFHA Certified Supplier, making him a premier supplier of products and services in the industry. In his previous role, Trin led the development and implementation of a sales and service program that resulted in over $2 million in recurring annual revenue. He spearheaded a strategic marketing plan that resulted in a network of referrals that generated new business. Trin also created and presented a business plan for an annual retail sale program that significantly reduced excess inventory, freeing up warehouse space for higher-revenue products. Trin is a highly regarded professional who is known for his friendly, loyal, and determined demeanor. He is always willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. In his new role, he is eager to collaborate with clients and teammates to build winning solutions. When he's not working, Trin loves to talk about cars. He's always up for a conversation about the latest models, the best driving spots, and everything in between. We are pleased to welcome Trin to the team.
