With a solid foundation built over eight years as a registered nurse in the Philippines, Charles has honed his skills and nurtured a deep commitment to patient care. As well as a Bachelor's degree in nursing, he also holds a Diploma in Mental Health which further solidifies his expertise.
Dawne's journey is a testament to resilience, having spent 20 years in the throes of addiction and then embarking on a remarkable 41-year path to recovery. Her lived experience uniquely positions her to connect with individuals facing similar challenges and inspire them towards positive transformation.
Jackie's primary role is to support and liaise with families navigating the often difficult terrain of mental health. Having walked the path of recovery herself, Jackie understands the challenges and complexities of the journey, making her a trusted guide for others.
James' journey from 13 years of addiction to resilience and hope is an inspiring transformation. Having experienced the profound benefits of Hader's program as a former client, James now serves as a Client Liaison Officer whilst also undertaking his Certificate IV in Alcohol and Other Drugs.

She holds dual qualifications with a Certificate IV in Alcohol and Other Drugs and Mental Health, as well as expertise in financial management.
Laura's qualifications include a Diploma of Nursing and certification in Mental Health First Aid, which underscore her commitment to providing the best care to individuals on their recovery journeys. She is deeply passionate about mental health and has an unwavering dedication to working with individuals who are experiencing addiction.
Having completed her Diploma of Nursing, and also working a secondary job at a GP clinic, Lucy is dedicated to further enhancing her expertise in healthcare. She is passionate about working with individuals experiencing addiction and relies on her empathy and understanding when working with vulnerable individuals in the early stages of recovery.

Nev has over 30 years' experience in Healthcare. Having seen firsthand the devastation caused by alcoholism in his own family, with many years of lived experience himself, he has a drive to help others in similar circumstances.
Richard embarked on a profound personal journey through addiction in 1968, facing a relentless 12-year battle with heroin. Having emerged victorious from this struggle, he establishing the Hader Clinic in 1997, where he remains committed to guiding others on their own paths to recovery.
Silvana's qualifications include a Certificate IV in AOD & Mental Health, underlining her commitment to staying well-equipped in her field.
