Reading Precast, Inc. is a manufacturer and supplier of innovative, high quality precast concrete products. Our primary mission is to improve the financial well-being of all stakeholders, by providing our customers with products that meet their needs and service that exceeds their expectations... Our desire to be environmentally conscious prompted us to invest in a 130 kW Photovoltaic System, consisting of 550 solar panels in 2010. Our first year up and running, we generated 88 percent of our electric usage at our plant. In 2012, we produced 96 percent of our our energy usage through our solar panels. In 2016, we invested in LED lighting throughout the plant and in our office, decreasing our electricity demand. We are proud to say that in 2017, we generated a whopping 128 percent of the energy we used at our plant.
